I usually come to this Burger King out of all others because the female manager keeps the place clean, and everything runs efficiently, even if it's a bit slow at times. However, today's experience with the male manager was disappointing. (The male manager). While going through the drive-thru, I tapped my card, unsure if the payment went through. The male manager abruptly pulled the machine away, causing my cards to fall on the dirty ground. I had to get out of my car to pick them up — the ground was filthy, with spit and other things around. When I asked him politely for some sanitizer, he rudely said they didn’t have any and completely dismissed me. The restaurant was noticeably dirty today, which is unusual based on my past visits. Despite that, I decided to stay and told another staff member at the window what happened. She immediately offered me sanitizer and napkins — which I thought they didn’t have — and was kind and helpful. I told her that the manager should slow down and be a bit more courteous.
