Burrito Boyz — Restaurant in Toronto

I’ve ordered from this location several times usually not bad although on more than a few occasions they miss order notes and or just send you whatever they have left. For example I order the Haddock naked burrito bowl with optionally extra piece of haddock. On several occasions they charge me for the extra piece and send me either the regular amount or they try to play games by breaking the pieces in half! I’m sick of the consistent downward spiral in food quality, customer service and integrity with respect to being an honest broker. Tonight I order the same thing with all the extras ordered extra drinks etc… could you believe that they missed all notes, missed my combo upgrade and drinks??? Guess what they didn’t forget though? To charge me for said items!!! Oversight??? I think not it’s been consistently getting worse with the quality and honesty of the people sending food out to the public!

I’m sick of businesses charging up the price and dropping the quality, quantity and overall business etiquette in the process! I use to rate you guys but now I must contend that this location in particular is a definite BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!!

Upon calling the store to see why they missed so many details the guy tries to pretend that I got the amount I was supposed to get even though everything else was missing as well… smh really?

All you had to do was admit your mistake and make it right with the customer. Don’t assume that your customers are misinformed or lack the wherewithal to escalate the matter to a satisfactory outcome.

Note to owner(s) If it is your staff -get rid of them! If it’s under your watch and you have been engaging in dishonest business practices then you’ll deserve whatever lies ahead.

There are two ladies preparing the bowls and burritos. They technically smearing the ingredients (mushed beans) as if it was a little bit of butter on the tortilla, so little that you can even see the surface of it. They are seriously ruining the consept of a burrito! Yes, I had to tell this lady to add more and she did it but as she was adding more , she looked as cheap and tight to add ingredients! I had ti go there personally to make sure they serve me properly because I had order before on Uber and instead of a burrito it looked like a rolled taquito. The best burritos are served, I have been a regular customer since 2010 from South Etobicoke locations and these servers are technically changing these amazing burritos. Nothing against these people at these location who I think they could be from India which I might be wrong but could be possible that they are preparing yhe food similar to theirs because in the stake burrito, I even tasted a slightly cummin spice. I love Indian food but please pay Attention on this feedback so we can continue enjoying the authenticity of these food which We value and recognized as burrito and TexMex lovers. Thank you.
