Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Toronto

So, we ordered a few nights before, then last night. Both times asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes, and received barely any lettuce and 4 tomatoes. We literally received 4 pickles on each sub, so not what we requested, and last night was worse. Ordered 4 subs and the two pizza subs were cold and dry, even though we asked for extra sauce. Today my son is having frequent bathroom visits, and my stomach is doing cartwheels . In person it’s been good, but man,,, it was hideous ordering from uber. They don’t assemble the sandwiches so the responsibility goes to the store. Already complained to uber about the driving making multiple stops before our food getting to us which is why the hot subs were cold. Not impressed, and having Italian owners, should make sure they and their staff pay attention to detail. Read notes on orders and honor them. I won’t be back, and this is why our Canadian owned...

The only place that was biased towards me for using a coupon during the longest month of the year. Januarys cheque came 10 days early because the government workers want a christmas holiday. So on the only month of the year that is 40 days between cheques was a harsh month too be giving me a hard time for using a coupon. All the other places I went with a coupon tim hortons, wendy's, subway, walmart never gave me a problem for using a coupon too keep on budget on a 40 day month. But this place lacks the compassion on poor. I did reprimand them in an angry voice and they dont want my business. Anyways just after that experience I met a sweet angel of a guy that gave me money. So I didnt have too struggle anymore. But this place said were not santa. Not at all your more like...

If it comes to going to Mr. Sub, this is the only location I want to go to moving forward. The staff is so kind and pay excellent attention to your order. I get it, you may be thinking okay how different can a sub be? Well imagine all the times you've gone to a Mr. sub or Subway but felt a BIT disappointed with how they handled your sub -- you're not going to get that here.This place cares not only about their customers, but their cleanliness, service and it felt like an all around wholesome feel experience.
