Chatime Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Toronto

I love Chatime. The Chatime triple is my go-to drink. I can't really rate it poorly- this Chatime in specific has a lovely employee who was sweet, she smiled, she was polite. At about 8pm though approx 8 people walked in the door all same time and being by herself it put her in the weeds quick - as she was caught between do I process them all through the register and then make their drinks, or do I process a few, make a few, or one at a time.

I was the 2nd in line with a free bday drink and unfortunately for me, she processed everyone. But then fortunately for me, mine came out first. Little bit of a wait, they shouldn't ever have a young girl working by herself at night for many safety reasons..

Been to many Chatimes but not this one. First time here. Ordered online, got to the store in 10 min after ordering and it was already waiting for me--awesome! Got the classic grass jelly Roasted milk tea and that sure hit the spot. If you're not a grass jelly fan, get the tapioca pearls or no toppings at all. The roasted milk tea on its own is a must try, it is leagues above the regular milk tea imho. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere is typical of your average Chatime, which is fine. Slow! Better order ahead and wear earplugs when you come in…. This place is LOUD even without the teenage crowds.they need to invest in some sound absorbing walls . The bubble tea is what it is.
