Due to the name of the store I have always thought this was a butcher shop. When I finally out they sell burgers and not raw meat I definitely had to try it to ease my embarrassment of mistaking a burger place for something else.
So far I have tried the Fearless fried mother clucker and the Raptor burger. From the name you can see that the mother clucker is a fried chicken sandwich which I found to be unimpressive. The patty was thin and dry which when given that there are so many other fried chicken sandwich options in the city leads me to not recommend this one. The Fearless raptor burger is a single 6oz beef patty with 2 slices of peameal bacon, 2 slices of Montreal smoked meat and cheese. Overall I enjoyed this burger much more than the mother clucker. The peameal bacon and the smoked meat were pretty good and the sauce on the burger was delicious. However the burger suffered front the same problem as the mother clucker, the patty was dry. It was unfortunate but did not completely ruin the experience. I would definitely order this again.
The service was good with friendly staff and the wait times for food was reasonable given how busy this place was when I was there. In terms of space, the shop is fairly small with little space to stand to wait for your food especially when there are other customers in the shop. There is a dining space in the back of the shop with a decent amount of seating. I did not dine in so I cannot really say whether it was confortable or not.
All in all, I would say although Fearless meats did not live up to my expectations, I still think they are a solid option for burgers/sandwiches. Their prices are fair and the portions are pretty good so you are getting good value. They also sell fries, ice cream and even have my beloved milkshake so I can definitely see myself coming back and trying their...

Firstly, the fries are AMAZING. Perfect handcut fries to absolutely die for.
Everything else was a little lacking. The fish piece in the fish and chips is very... school cafeteria like. Like a frozen fish finger except bigger. I'm spoiled by real battered fish from proper fish and chips shops, so maybe my standards are too high. The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was really weird though. Having had it multiple times throughout Quebec (including both of the best smoked meat delis in Montreal), I was excited for it here. The taste was good (if a little bland) but the slices were SO THICK. What are they thinking? Nothing at all like the thinly shaved pieces that real Montreal smoked meat places do. It made the sandwich difficult to eat as well. Overall, it was disappointing. Both the flavour and the slicing need to be improved to call it true Montreal smoked meat and have it meet the level of people who actually have had it in Montreal.
The cashier was great, but the setup inside is a bit weird and congested when it gets busy.
Also, don't bother with the coffee. They don't have an espresso machine even though they serve Reunion Island beans. There's a cafe a few doors down for that. Unless you don't mind regular old (just above lukewarm) coffee from an urn.
If it wasn't for the amazing fries, I'd be a lot more disappointed after hearing so many great things...

A HONDA CIVIC raced up behind me, i turned and asked why so close. He threatens me and moves out onto Hannaford to go South and I walk north. He pulls a 4 ft weapon (i was about 150 ft away) and starts chasing me up the street.A home owner on Hannaford yells out asking what he was doing (a potential witness) and he stops.I called last night and no reply from the owner.Today the worker would have had another weapon (a knife) in his hand.No leadership here, no return phone call.Police dragging their feet .....
Hello. This guy worked there? If so sounds like the kitchen manager named "Fahreed" or "Fareed" he drives a modified honda civic with a spoiler fin on the back . Car is red and white and always parked back there. Not saying it was him but he can be found cooking food there almost everyday. He definitely has some kind of attitude problem EDIT: Glenn, i just saw your pictures. That Honda Civic definitely belongs to Fahreed the kitchen manager. He is a short Iranian guy. I would definitely pursue it with the police as he could be unstable...
