Stayed 2 months and moved out. Constant noise and smell of substances. I found out that this is converted office building, which maybe the problem. Lots of difficult people in the building. For example my bedroom was beside my neighbors living room who had a surround sounds system and watched TV to late at night. He also had an oven on the wall which was set to timer to back a cake at 5 am every morning. The smell would come into my bedroom. I could go...
