CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice — Restaurant in Toronto

Came by on 6 Jul Sat. Wasnt a busy day. Place a mobile order 10-15mins prior to arrival but only to be told it wasnt ready when picking up. its not an issue.

Ordered 3 cups of drinks thus i ask for a bag which was told it will be $0.50 ( i checked the app is 0.15cents for small or 0.25 for big bag ) so i have no idea why they try to overcharge. I ask for a tray instead but was told they didnt have any.

There was absolutely no issues about charging for a bag nor there isnt any tray it was the freaking attitude of the server. Ridiculously RUDE. Do i owe u a living or something? Im here to patronize.

Drink taste were standard however the toppings werent un-usually little. If you cant afford 20% discount then pls dont do promotion.

Please train your staff on customer service. Im not here to face your rubbish attitude. Im sure coco can hire...

This is my first time leaving a comment, as I usually don’t write reviews. However, I felt the need to share my experience. One short-haired staff member, who preferred not to share her name, was unfortunately quite rude. She showed no willingness to answer my questions, and when she didn’t understand what I meant, she responded with a sour expression, rolled her eyes, and repeatedly made “tsk” sounds. I truly hope your store can offer more training on polite and professional communication with customers. On a positive note, I really appreciate the red long-haired girl. She was incredibly kind and friendly, and more than willing to help. Thank you so much for her...

This coco was terrible. The customer service is the pits. The server was alone which may not have been within their control but their service included nonchalant responses like I'm inconveniencing them and when I said my drink had the wrong topping, we proceeded to get into an arguing match in front of my two children. I see this is the main complaint at this coco for months so why nothing seems to be done I don't know but definitely not returning. We went to another coco down the street and was more...
