This owner harasses their customers. Just look at the way he is insulting me in his response by calling me stupid. No wonder your business is in shambles.

Why are you lying? I ordered on your website lol especially since your staff doesn’t pick up the phone. My order was close to 20 minutes past the pick up time.

You insulting my ability to understand the meaning of items just goes to show what a dumpster fire business you run. Shame on you and the way you treat customers.

I was looking forward to trying this place out and I have to say, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in the GTA.

I tried calling multiple times because their online portal was glitching. No one picked up. After finally managing to get my order through, the portal and their online system prompted that it would be ready in 5 minutes. We arrive there and they said “5 more minutes”. We got the order almost 20 minutes after the pick up time they gave us.

I ordered a cottage mix pizza SUB and my partner ordered the Hawaiian pizza SUB.

We were in such a rush at this point we didn’t check the order when we left. Once we got home, we realized instead of the SUBS we ordered (and waited 20 minutes for), they gave us PIZZA. And it was cold.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing.

Customer service is very poor—only one person seems to manage everything. You seat yourself, ring a bell to order, and there’s little attention to guests. Cleanliness is also an issue: my table was sticky (I had to clean it myself), and the seasoning containers had visible dirt and fingerprints.

When I asked for a washroom, they reluctantly said I could use the staff one, which I didn’t feel comfortable with. For a dine-in place, not having a proper customer washroom is unacceptable.

We ordered Bandari and Roast beef pizza, but both were a letdown. The Bandari tasted like hotdog instead of being properly marinated, and the pizza completely fell apart. Overall, the flavor was weak and not enjoyable at all.

For the price, customers deserve a clean environment, good service, and tasty food—none of which were here. I hope these basic opinions aren’t taken as rudeness, because every customer has the right to know what to expect, and I hope management works to improve...
