Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Been ordering from this location for years. Service has gone downhill. It all started when I received lack of toppings back when double toppings were being offered. I sent my survey in with dissatisfaction and the situation was handled. Next situation happened a week ago. I prefer my pizzas to be well done and have done so in the past. Last week I ordered my pizza, but the dough was not well done. I sent my email survey in and the manager apologized and sent me a coupon code for a free cheesy bread. Last night I ordered the same pizza well done with the free cheesy bread, and again the pizza was not well done. I sent my email survey in with dissatisfaction. Someone called me from the location yesterday and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, told me that the location does not serve well done pizza(not true because I have ordered from the location before and many dominos locations in my lifetime) He also mentioned that if I wanted well done, I would need to call the store every time I ordered to ask for extra well done. Sad that I will be taking a break from this location. I sent my order and pictures about this issue to the store manager Rohit but he has not...

Tried ordering online, but did not see the specials that were stated on their advertisement I received in the mail. I called the store to place my order, but the store manager said that choosing chicken as a topping counts as 2 toppings. Told him that online was only considering it as one, he got angry and told me to order online then... I asked him about the free Parmesan bites advertised in the advertisement and he said they dont have that on their menu. Called another location that was 2nd closest to my location and they also didn’t have it on their menu! FALSE ADVERTISING!

I ended up ordering online and choosing to pay in cash.

When the delivery driver arrived he said he didn’t have chance for me $100 bill. He called the store manager and the manager told him to take my $100 and come back later when he has another delivery in my area to come and drop off the change.

I don’t know, but to me that’s unacceptable. Definitely sealed the deal about me ever ordering from there again.

Pizzaville is better and their customer service is 100% go...

I ordered pizza for take-out. When arrived to pick-it up, the entry door was locked (probably for security reasons, even though I am a tiny female, shouldbnt be any danger for them :)). I rang the bell, they heard it, but no reaction at all. Looking at me, and complete ignore. It was freezing outside and a was sooo cold out there. I kept ringing the bell for at least 5 minutes. Same no reaction, they turn their heads, look at me and dont open the door. At the moment i turned my back and decided to leave without my pizza, they opened the door. I picked up my pizza, but next time i would rather leave (the pizza was not pre-paid). Actually I will never go to this location, since they treat their customers like that.
