Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Extremely disappointed. I wish there was a -10 stars. I scheduled an order for 6pm. At first I thought they were late for traffic as they have before. The lady on the phone blamed it on traffic due to construction but they should know that we, the costumers know the area (there is no construction on the way to where I live) and we can tell when they are just trying to buy time. Very long story short, the driver delivered to the wrong unit. I called the store and talked to the manager, he calls me a liar and continues to say he doesn't care I don't have my order. He should care, it's part of his job since at this point I already paid with at tip as it is typically done when you order through the app. As I was having a heated conversation with this very disrespectful manager, my neighbor at the other side of the building came with my order. The manager says I'll have a 20 dollar discount at this store specifically in the future. At this point they will never see a penny of mine and I'll avoid ordering here again. Please allow the Don Mills store deliver further, any store would be better than this specific location. They have been late before and I'm very understanding, but the people I dealt with yesterday made...

I hae been going to this location for several years despitea recurring issue: these people consistently cheap on the toppings that I am paying for. Why do I keep going back you ask? Because I really like the pan pizza and the people in the restaurant are always so nice and friendly - always. But after complaining several times lately, which repeats a pattern that has lasted for a couple of years, I won't go back. The photo shows the minor bits of tomato, pepper and mushrooms that I ordered. And when I am given to actually complain (I did not for this) it is because there is even less - often there have been only half a dozen of each on a 8-slice pie. And it doesn't matter what time of year, ie. it happens even when veggies are in season and cheap. I have just gotten tired of the disappointment as I only complain when it is egregious even though it is almost always very light on ingredients; when I do, they gladly offer a replacement, but who wants to go back, and it is only replaced by a similarly disappointing product. Regretfully, I have to give a strong recommendation to avoid this place if you want more than slightly dressed cheese bread. ...

We’ve been loyal customers since 2012. It was always a treat to have pizza delivered especially on Friday evenings. Our family has supported this location throughout the pandemic. We always viewed this location as a united team. But today the driver was made to be out on his own.This may be the time where we need to take our business elsewhere. Customer service has gone out the window. Our order was delivered with an item missing. Spoke to the store manager Ricanth Gunteti for assistance, and he directed us to pay the bill in full (even with the missing item) and he promised to give the missing item for "free" on our next order. How is that even free when we are paying for the item in advance? We always give their delivery folks a generous tip, with the idea that happy drivers will result to impeccable service for the next customer. The manager says he doesn’t care because the tip doesn’t benefit him. The manager wasn’t willing to compensate us for the error.
