I’ve noticed that one of the front counter staff members (typical north Indian without glasses) whose name tag says Aanchal, is consistently rude and dismissive whenever I place an order. She often responds in an unfriendly and stubborn way if I ask to add something or make a small change to my order. It gives the impression that customers’ requests are not welcome.
This feedback is for the store owner or manager — I’d suggest reviewing camera footage or speaking with other customers to understand how she interacts with people at the counter. Good customer service makes a huge difference, and I hope this issue is addressed.

I wasn’t planning to be this specific, but since you’re denying it, let me clarify: there are three Asian female staff members at your location — one North Indian with glasses (chef), one South Indian, and one Punjabi-looking manager at the counter who wears heavy makeup. Read moreI feel like this location has gotten worse and worse lately.
To begin with, my order took over 40 minutes to arrive, when the estimated arrival was 30 minutes when I placed the order. Having a tracker on your website may not be the best idea, as I was able to time my order sitting in the restaurant for 20 minutes between when it was made and when it was picked up for delivery.
Additionally, I don't appreciate being spoken down to by your delivery driver for him not having the complete delivery info. All of my address information was entered correctly when I placed the order online. If your system doesn't put all that info on the driver's receipt, that's not my fault. I've ordered from this location many times, my information is saved on my account and I havent changed it in years, and this has never been a problem before. And then having to listen to a lecture about how I didn't include the correct information? Disgusting.
This driver should consider himself lucky that I tipped when I paid online, as there is no way for me to change that now. In the future, I'll be tipping at the door to ensure I actually get decent service.

Read moreThe reviews about the quality of the product are true. I've gotten pizza here several times over the last four or five years and always disappointing. The reviewer that was talking about the very little toppings and little tiny bits that you can hardly notice. It's so chopped up and tiny and the cheese is almost non-existent. Seriously decades ago you could get a pizza and the cheese was generous, the sauce was what it should be, the toppings were generous,the pizzas were just tasty and now I don't know what's going on with that cardboard crust, and I think it's the training, It's the management, it's giving the least for the most cost. And those wings pre-cooked or boiled or whatever they do with them and then they heat them up and when you get them they're like a steamy, hot, wet mess. And the bones are huge and the cartilage and the fat. I'm not sure where they get those chickens, but it's not good quality in my opinion.
