I go to tims everyday sometimes twice. Been to many locations and this one wins a gold medal for being so flipping disgustingly dirty and stinky, not to mention the sticky floors. The drinks. 1st time gone I thought maybe this is an off day. My drink was not made correctly. Very rude older lady served me. I asked her for less cream she hands me a drink with extra cream and tries to say I asked for extra cream. Less and extra sounds like 2 different words to me. I would not leave without her remaking my drink correctly. She was very miserable. I tried another day this time different staff but still sticky floors not 1 pleasant smell in there. The staff sits hidden and leave 1 cashier and 1 extra worker while the remaining are heard giggling in the back. I've gone a total of 5 times and never again. They don't know how to be professional or have customer service. To the owner save your breath and invest into mopping your disgusting store and teaching your employees about customer service. The line up is by far the slowest. Please don't message me back you will be ignored. I was happy to see this new tims in my neighborhood but I'd rather go to the bar across the rd for a coffee. Yes the bar! I doubt this tims will be up for much longer. I hope food and safety officials come by to shut you down. Your a disgrace to Mr.Horton and his family!!! Consider yourself blessed you got 1 star out of me. Google doesn't allow negative 5 stars to express how I truly feel. To anyone reading this. Your an amazing person and don't let anyone tell you differently I wish you all the best
Lmao the wooden Tims I say that since a car drove into the glass in July and now being sept yet the owner still has wood for glass. Guess they can't afford the glass repair since they can't afford to have the place mopped...
Read moreGenerally I like Tim Horton's food and the employees always try their hardest. My only issues with this location are with the building itself. There is only one set of doors and being a corner location, whenever the doors are opened in winter the entire restaurant is flooded with cold air. This is made worse by the automatic opening, activated by a button - many customer opt to use this button, meaning the door remains open for even longer, cold air filling the restaurant until it finally closes after a minute or so. I don't understand why Tim Horton's has not invested in a second set of inner doors that would alleviate this problem. There's plenty of room for a set, and most other local cafes and restaurant are better designed to cope with Toronto winters. The other problem is that there are no blinds on the huge south-facing windows. When one sits down to eat, most of the restaurant is flooded in blinding hot sunlight. There ARE blinds on the western windows where they are not of much use, or even needed, but not on the south windows. Unfortunately, I tend to avoid this location until the warmer months of late spring and summer, when the sun is higher, because of these...
Read moreI don’t normally like to review chain restaurants like this but this location specifically was easily the best experience I’ve had at Tim Hortons probably ever and they deserve to be recognized. The place is so clean and well kept, every single staff member was so kind and patient. I ordered an egg box and they told me it would be 3 mins for fresh scrambled eggs, I told them that wasn’t a problem. As we were waiting they gave us a timbit and apologized for the wait (which was a very reasonable amount is time). Sohaib greeted us with a friendly and welcoming smile as we walked up. 10/10 experience, I wish we could see this level of service across...
