So this was my first time at this location, my sister told me they sell such good ice creams and the girl who helped us was so unhappy that it made my experience so upsetting I was ready to just leave my ice cream with the girl. When someone comes to any place that seek ice creams with their families, you would want to show that you care about the products which you sell to the public not “ I don’t know “ we asked her what is the most popular gelato that she has “ she had the most bitter face with NO smile and said “ I don’t know… gelato???? “ I personally found that rude. New comers ask for advice on popular flavours if the workers don’t want be there they should not work. The 3 stars were for the flavour it was honestly so good, otherwise I would give zero stars for her customer service. Hopefully the next time I ever come around I hope someone...

Depending on when you arrive, the shop can get busy, especially on warm days, but the friendly staff keep things moving quickly and make sure everyone gets served with a smile. You can sample a few flavors before choosing, which makes the experience even more fun.

Each order comes with two scoops—same or different flavors—and you can choose from Kiddie, Regular, or Large sizes, served in a cup or waffle cone (for a small extra cost).

I’m and huge fan of Ed's Real Scoop. Soo glad they opened a store down here now I don't have to travel anymore just to get ice cream. The ice cream is awesome!!!! They make their own ice cream, waffle cones, chocolate fudge etc. Everything is made on site. Definitely have to try their ice cream!!! I just picked up some chocolate fudge that was amazing! Since it's summertime they don't have much time to make fudge but they said as summer ends they'll have time to make more which include flavours like maple, peanut butter, chocolate(soo yummy). I asked them to make me fudge and they took my order and called me when it was ready. If you buy a lot you get a bulk discount. You have to try the chocolate fudge...
