HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I went in person and the skinny guy with the light beard who served me was extremely rude and showing so much attitude! When I was ordering the chicken shawarma plate he was really unbothered and when I said I needed extra meat he spoke something in his language to his colleague and they were both laughing at me. I felt really uncomfortable! Then he asked me what I needed in the plate and at every thing I was mentioning he looked really annoyed and before I could finish he said ‘that’s it’ and was closing the container! He decided for me that I didn’t need to add anything else. I was like I want also olives and sauce too but again he was annoyed. For the sauce, I asked him what sauce it was and he went ahead putting it in my plate before explaining what it was! I was like I didn’t want that sauce!!! When he was done with the first order I said I needed also a chicken shawarma sandwich for my husband too and he rudely said ‘you have something else too after this too???’ Meaning it like: you asked me something else when I was done. I took that without adding anything else than the basic things in it because I was feeling intimidated and worried he would be annoyed again. I truly felt the person has something against women or he is racist or he’s just a bad person for the job.

The food was tasteless, the chicken was cut tick and they didn’t take it from the shawarma spit in front of me but from a bowl that was kept aside. In my previous orders the meat was always cut thin and it was tasty whereas this time it was tasteless. My husband was disappointed too for having spent 36 dollars for 2 items and them not being tasty. I was a loyal customer but I will not return here again!

I wish I could give them less than one star!

In response to the owners 1: Yes me and my husband always loved the shawarma here but as I said it usually was cut fresh from the shawarma spit whereas this time the meat was taken from a bowl kept aside which means it was cut some time ago, it was off from the heat so it was dried and rougher. Also the cut of it was different from the usual thin cut. Sadly this time both customer service and food were not up to standard. Customers must always be treated with dignity and I hope this person learns his lesson.

Response to owners 2: after you said you’re willing to give a free meal to make up for the inconvenience, I contacted you by email and you asked me which location to which I told you. You then ignored me. This customer...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Two Brothers Shawarma in Etobicoke, and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

First and foremost, the shawarma combos at Two Brothers Shawarma are nothing short of amazing. I tried their Chipotle steak combo, and it exceeded all my expectations. The succulent, perfectly cooked steak combined with the smoky chipotle flavors created a tantalizing taste sensation. Each bite was an explosion of flavors that left me craving for more.

The chicken shawarma was equally impressive. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and it practically melted in my mouth. The blend of spices used in the marinade added a delightful kick to the dish. Accompanied by a generous assortment of fresh vegetables and delectable sauces, the chicken shawarma was a harmonious symphony of flavors.

One aspect that truly stood out for me was the portion size. The serving was generous and perfectly suited for two people. It's rare to find a restaurant that offers such satisfying portions without compromising on quality. Two Brothers Shawarma certainly understands the importance of providing a fulfilling dining experience.

The restaurant's dedication to quality extends beyond their food. The service was excellent, with friendly staff members who were attentive to our needs. Despite the restaurant being busy, the wait times were reasonable, and the staff ensured that each customer felt valued.

What sets Two Brothers Shawarma apart from other eateries is its convenient operating hours. The fact that they stay open until midnight is a real boon for those craving a delicious late-night meal. Whether it's a post-movie snack or a late-night hunger fix, Two Brothers Shawarma is the perfect spot.

In conclusion, Two Brothers Shawarma is a hidden gem in Etobicoke that deserves recognition. The exceptional flavors, perfectly cooked meats, and generous portions make it a must-visit for shawarma enthusiasts. The warm ambiance and attentive service further enhance the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a delightful culinary adventure. Two Brothers Shawarma has certainly won me over, and I will be returning for more of their...

I'll still give this place 5 stars because the food and service from one of the gentlemen was top notch., even if there was some issues.

I stopped by here to grab some lunch today. Two gentlemen were working, 1 (The Boss looking guy) helping another customer so the other took my order. I asked for the Chicken Shawarma combo (Shawarma sandwich + side + pop). The man asks if I want hummus, and I tell him yes please. He asks if I want all the toppings, I say to him yes except for no onions or cucumber. He starts putting my toppings into the sandwich and puts onions in. I tell him "oh I said no onions...but that's okay, I can pick them out" he says no problem and takes them back out. He then adds in cucumbers. Again I tell him "Ah I said no cucumbers but if they are already there it's okay..." and he takes them out. And then...he puts some onions in again, and this time I decided to remain silent. He bags my sandwich and I got to pay. After I pay I go to grab my pop from the cooler and then realize I didn't see him put my side of potatoes in the bag. So I got back and the Boss man see's me and asks what he can help with. I ask him "Did I only get charged for the sandwich and not the combo?" and the other guy while helping another customer says "I only charged you for the sandwich.". The Boss asks me what side I would like and I tell him the garlic potatoes. He gets them and bags them for me. I tell him I'll pay the difference and he tells me not to worry about it. Very nice of him. His service was top notch. The other guy I guess just couldn't be bothered to listen to any part of my order.

I'll go back, but will be very careful based on who I place...

I recently visited Two Brothers Shawarma and tried their falafel sandwich, chicken shawarma, and the shawarma plate—and I must say, the food was absolutely scrumptious. The flavors were authentic, the ingredients fresh, and the portions generous. Each bite of the falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the chicken shawarma was juicy, well-seasoned, and wrapped beautifully in warm pita. What made the experience even better was the exceptional hospitality. The owner, Sedar, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was up to the mark. From checking in on the food quality to making sure I was satisfied with the service, he truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such genuine care and passion behind the counter, and Cedar’s warm demeanor really stood out. In a city full of shawarma joints, Two Brothers Shawarma is a place I’ll keep coming back to—not just for the amazing food but also for the top-notch customer service. Thanks to Cedar, the entire experience was memorable. If you’re craving Middle Eastern food done right, this spot is a must-visit.

In my opinion, Shawarma is best served in a saj. I usually go to Al Zaeem and Yaseen - these are my top two spots for Shawarma in the city. Today I was short on time and I decided to try Two Brothers Shawarma because it was close. The reviews showed that it’s terrific place but Shawarma in a pita and with salad inside just gets me anxiety - Throws me back to cheap “Salad” Shawarma places like Ali Baba and Osmow’s. Anyways went ahead and decided to try their Shawarma, I didn’t add any veggies - only pickles. I added garlic and hot sauce and Tzatziki was recommend by the preparer as a must. So I said why am I here if I’m not going to try their recipe. I went back home and I had my first bite. To my surprise, this was one hell of a sandwich. Pita is fresh, I make pita at home and I know a fresh one when I see it. Chicken is well marinated and the sandwich is full of it. This place changed my mind about Shawarma in a pita. I’m 100% forming back.
