Our super, Jackie, is a super super. She cares about her tenants, cultivates a community vibe, gets on with neighbours and works very hard to keep channels of communication open, ensure we all have a clean and safe place to live. I know if I bring her a problem it will be dealt with as quickly as possible, with constant contact until it is. Building management is lucky to have her, and we're lucky to have a set of buildings with an on site super - shows they're invested in keeping up the place if they can retain an employee living here, I think. Fair , kind, communicative, efficient, helpful, common sense and caring for the people in the building and beyond.
