Forget Me Not Coffee — Restaurant in Toronto

I randomly stumbled into this café when I was walking around the neighborhood, and to be honest, I loved the vibe of the outside already. Literally a house that was renovated to turn into a café style.

When I walked inside, I was instantly greeted by the café staff, and I loved the vibe of the little café already. The menu was small, but they have a good selection of what to do with your espresso. I ordered their simple Vanilla Cream Cold brew, and it was efficiently made. I was happy it was done so quick, as I see them just pour the cream on to the cold brew, it was just satisfying to watch.

I took my brew and just sat down at one of little seating spots in a room to the side and the place was just relaxing and comfy vibes were just flowing. I pulled out my ipad and just started to create art at that moment. It was the perfect spot to just get away from the busy city of Toronto and relax.

I literally sat that for an hour without realizing it, and I went to grab a cup of water and throw away my garbage and left the café. It was the perfect respite, and I was charged and ready for the rest of the day.

If I have a chance to come back to Forget me Not, anytime would be a good time....

I found today's experience at the cafe rather disappointing, particularly regarding the customer service. It began with some confusion when I was placing my order for a matcha. I couldn't determine the size options because the cups were upside down, and when I attempted to lift one for clarification, the worker, Mia, sharply admonished me, saying, "You're not allowed to touch." This rebuke caught me off guard; it might have been more helpful if the cups were displayed right side up, allowing customers to easily discern the sizes. Additionally, keeping the extra cups out of sight would have prevented any potential confusion.

After the incident, I noticed a small sticky note indicating "please do not touch," but it was easily missed, especially when standing on the opposite side of the note. Nevertheless, despite this oversight, a more courteous demeanor from the server would have made the situation more bearable. Exceptional customer service is paramount, especially at the cash register, as it sets the tone for patrons' overall experience, particularly in cafe settings where it is often the first point of...

‼️Run‼️ Don’t walk because you have to try this Dalgona Iced Latte at this gorgeous cafe!! . . . Where do I even begin? Let me just say, that this coffee was the perfect summer drink! I wish I am overselling this, but you gotta take my word for it. It’s the best, I mean the best iced coffee out there (if you are have a sweet tooth). The dalgona candy crushed on the top on the latte is so delicious! It’s perfect if you are looking for that sugar crunch but don’t want your coffee to be too sweet. I think the more I talk about it the more I want to go back and have it again. Lol.
