Next up was the Victorious Burger, and it was nothing short of a triumph. The prime beef patty was crowned with Canadian cheddar cheese and crusted jalapeños stuffed with mozzarella and cheddar.

The Liberator Burger was our next contender, and it was a liberating experience for our taste buds. This prime beef patty is topped with Canadian cheddar cheese and a crusted portobello mushroom stuffed with more cheddar and mozzarella. It’s a bold and flavorful choice that will set you free from any hunger.

For the poultry fans, the Chicken Shield is your best defense. It’s crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned - a true shield against any hunger pangs. Lastly, we couldn’t resist The Arena, which featured three large buttermilk fried chicken tenders (your choice of regular or spicy), homemade fries, and a side of chipotle aioli.

Stopped by Gladiator Burgers on a whim and I’m so glad I did — this place absolutely lives up to the hype!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that made me feel instantly welcome. The staff were super helpful and patient as I browsed the menu (which, by the way, has so many tempting choices). You can tell they genuinely care about the food and the experience they're creating — that kind of energy is rare these days!

Now let’s talk about the burgers — WOW. I had one of the signature burgers and it was honestly one of the juiciest, most flavourful burgers I’ve had in a long time. Cooked to perfection, loaded with fresh toppings, and the bun held up beautifully without getting soggy. Every bite was pure satisfaction. You can tell they don’t cut corners — quality ingredients, done right.

The interior is also such a fun surprise! The entire place is themed around gladiators — think ancient Roman vibes with a modern twist. It’s not over-the-top cheesy, either — just really well done, clever, and adds a lot of personality to the space.

I seriously can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. I’ve already got my eye on a couple other burgers — and I hear their sides and shakes are unreal too.

If you love a good burger and appreciate great service in a unique setting, Gladiator Burgers is a must-visit.

I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday at Gladiator Burgers in Scarborough! I’ve been going here for over a year because I love their juicy, tasty smash burgers! Today I brought a friend and we tried three different sandwiches: beef, chicken and steak. They were all so delicious!!! All the meat was seasoned perfectly and so fresh and tender. This is what we ordered:

Gladiator - Beef Burger Two Prime Beef patties, beef bacon, two slices Canadian cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles & Gladiator aioli

Entertain Me - Chicken Burger 3 Large fried chicken tenders (regular or spicy) crusted mozzarella cheese, beef bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and chipotle aïoli

Vengeance Steak Sandwich Thinly sliced rib-eye steak, grilled with onions roasted peppers, topped with mozzareella cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & rosemary, garlic aïoli

I love the presentation of the burgers and always take photos because they always look so beautiful! Works of art! And outrageously huge! The onion rings are very crispy and delicious too. A big shout out and thanks to the chef and our awesome, friendly servers Azmath and Summaiya.

Only issues we had was the music was playing way too loud. We had to ask them to turn it down. And sometimes I like the fries but my friend couldn’t eat them because they come from frozen and not freshly cut.
