Upon first arriving at the plaza, I was a little confused as to the parking since from a glance, it appeared to all require payment. But rest assured! If you're a customer here, there's actually free parking included (instructions on their front door).

Came here on a Friday morning around 8:30 am and was the only customer. I took a quick look and knew I wanted to try their Turkey Club. A TURKEY CLUB might be quite basic, but the one from Eisenberg is not! In addition to the classic (kosher) turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise; their version is loaded with kosher salami and avocado. However, the spotlight is on their Jerusalem toast which is incredibly soft but toasted to have a crunchy exterior. I highly recommend you opt for one with SESAME SEEDS and ZA'ATAR because the spices really add to the aroma and more subtly, to the taste. For my choice of side, I ordered the kettle chips which were crispy and perfectly salted (16.49 plus tax for this meal).

Service was also friendly as the employee answered my questions accordingly and took care in preparing my food. Unfortunately dine in isn't open now as per the provincial measures but the place had ample space/seating...

Worst customer service . They do not care for thier customers.Today I have told my order number and bald guy told me two more minutes they need to ready order .After 15 minute when I asked him how much more time ,he abuse me badly and also told me to leave the restaurant in very rude manner .Let me know what is wrong if i asked second time how much more time you need to ready order?because they told me more two minutes and I waited more than 15 minute If any body intestrested to see recording of incident ,contact me I have video .Avoid this restaurant ...

I am very surprised... This place received such high reviews, and in our experience it was a joke. They didn't have Eisenberg's burger, and asked us to try chicken burger instead (one of them, not both) The total price was $50, which is comparable to an actual restaurant. We ordered one of each side dishes - a salad and kettle chips. The salad came in a sauce container, and the chips came probably from a bag. The sandwiches were... okay. Just a little better than Subway. Definitely not...
