Happy Burger just has a happy name and nothing with its service and back management and despite raising concerns on their social media and back end management - they conveniently ignored the reality of how they extract money for the product you don’t purchase. This is to bring your attention of someone who is authorised to take sane decisions. I purchased 2 burgers and 2 fries from Lippincott st location by College Steet. The Ticket number or Invoice number is M21 dated 11 February 2024 at 7.26 pm Just after placing the order I requested for a change of waffle fries from Waffle Poutine to Cajun Waffle and as per your pricing of the fries Cajun is much cheaper than Poutine. I requested the change of fries precisely within 5 mins of the order where as we were asked to wait for minimum 15 mins given it’s a weekend. When I downgraded the fries I requested the adjustment for the price of the fries to WHICH THEY BLATANTLY DENIED THAT THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO DO ANY REFUND. HAVING 10 STAFF AND THERE IS NO SENIOR MEMBER TO GIVE ME THE DIFFERENCE? However, I sensed only greed while the 3 staff looked at me and I was very uncomfortable there and I just waited patiently. Furthermore, they could have compensated me with a bottle water or a pop to make up for that difference as well but nothing as that sort happened as the money was paid and once it’s paid there’s nothing they can do - that’s the behaviour they showed. What if I paid in cash? Would it still be same? I’ll certainly check with Lightspeed software as well if there’s such an option where refund or difference is not accepted. Is this your business practice? If it is then I believe it’s time to be humble in such a difficult Canadian economy where it’s so much volatile.

I don't give five star reviews very often. We walked into this place on a rainy night before a concert. At first glance I felt like the staff were ignoring me but realized quickly that they're just really busy doing what they do. We ordered the Super Burger and the Super Fries and both were well... Super! The burger was fantastic. We asked for jalapenos and hot peppers on it and that made the difference. The Super Fries had really nice presentation, especially with the green jalapenos on top. Cheese, bacon and sauce throughout, not just on top. Milkshakes were also very good and made with real ice cream. Almost like a triple thick from that other place 😉 I was extremely impressed when Dash drivers were coming in without bags in hand and the Manager or the Owner were greeting them at the door and asking them where their soft bag was. Of course they want to get in and get out so they questioned it. He has a sign on the door that also says no bag no food. I watched him as he talked to one driver. The driver said oh I do have a soft bag on my bike. He said okay go get it. "The bags leave here dry and I expect them to arrive to the customer dry." I was impressed that he put that much care into making sure the customer is getting what they ordered and he's exactly right 👊 More restaurants need this policy so food doesn't end up soggy and crushed when it arrives at your door. We don't come to this area often but we will make it a point to come back anytime we are in the area. Highly recommended!!!

Their beef burgers are delicious but I can't resist their HAPPY CHICKEN which is a fried chicken breast topped with lettuce, pickle, cheese and happy sauce on a potato bun. Their chicken could be crispier but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as I always preorder for takeout instead of having it at its freshest. I do love how tender the meat is, never dry despite it being white meat! The amount of condiments they put on is perfect and I love how soft the potato bun is, it definitely makes it feel more gourmet than your average seeded burger bun. Though tasty enough on its own, I do like to order a side of BUFFALO SAUCE and pour it on each bite for a little kick. With their combo option, I always get the WAFFLE FRIES, which are lightly salted, soft, with a slight crisp. I find these fries to be on the drier side, but this gives me the excuse to pair them with their SOUR CREAM DIP. I love the layout concept of their store, as it has a cute little pickup window with some patio seating outside. The inside of the actual store is very small, and only has a mini area for you to pay and pickup. Not the most ideal if you're looking to dine-in but this is a great place for a quick bite!

Happy Burger on Lippincott Street presents a mixed bag of experiences, where the allure of indulging in juicy burgers is met with some noticeable shortcomings. The establishment's focus on delivering burger goodness is evident, yet certain aspects leave room for improvement, resulting in a somewhat uneven dining encounter.

Upon entering Happy Burger, the aroma of sizzling beef and the anticipation of sinking one's teeth into a satisfying burger create an initial sense of excitement. The menu offers a variety of options, each promising a flavor-packed adventure that appeals to burger enthusiasts.

However, as the burgers arrive, the excitement can quickly give way to a sense of disappointment. The greasiness of the burgers becomes apparent, and the thinness of the patties may leave patrons craving a heartier and more substantial bite. While some appreciate a juicy burger, an excess of grease can lead to a heavy and less enjoyable eating experience.

Another aspect that may impact the overall impression is the pricing. Overpriced burgers can diminish the overall value of the dining experience, particularly when the taste and portion sizes do not align with the cost. Striking the right balance between price and quality is crucial to ensuring that patrons feel they are getting a fair and satisfying meal.

In conclusion, Happy Burger on Lippincott Street offers a burger-centric experience that holds potential but has notable areas for improvement. While the promise of indulging in juicy burgers is enticing, the greasiness, thin patties, and pricing can impact the overall satisfaction of the dining encounter. Addressing these aspects could elevate the dining experience and better align it with the expectations of burger enthusiasts seeking a fulfilling and...
