It's everywhere these days it's plain to I've been coming to this location forever and I litterraly mean forever since day one when this parking lot was just developed ... we use to skate here as kids in the winters on the natural ponds that's how far back I am talking about. Life was so much better back then all around ask around ... things have improved development wise and technology has taken over ... let's get back to the review. I have been a loyal customer with hundreds upon hundreds of visits family wise and these days if it's not one thing its another and the biggest problem I see here is the inconsistency and its frustrating because it's like you have a great time once and the worst time the second time around ... today's experience was kinda the same all around and that's how I have came to leaving this review ... staff was average today at best ... I think they hear you but I do not think they are really listening if that makes any sense and here's what I mean it's almost like a game of broken telephone ... I explained in detail to the girl at the register that last time my food was cold etc and as usual her response was pretty much nothing ... I then asked her to please make sure it's a better experience this time and fresh she replied ok and it kinda ends there because it doesn't get relayed back to the kitchen and or they just don't care as long as they have already taking your 17 dollars for a combo ... I then took my food to go this time instead of sitting in and as soon as I got to my car I noticed nothing changed obviously ... I got frings there was litterraly a few cold fries and a few cold rings after specifically asking them to please double check this time after countless times of just sucking it up ... I ordered a diet pepsi and ended up with a sprite which was flat as a glass of sugar water could be ... it's pop people and its supposed to be carbonated that's the number one reason we indulge for the fizz ? Smh worst thing is I am a diabetic so couldn't even enjoy it ... No ketchup no napkins and no straw after asking for it talk about frustrating and underwhelming ... hey this is a food review and I understand life could always be much worse but after a long day and 17 dollars later ... just get the order right ✅️ is all we are really asking ... 17 dollars for a burger which was all I really got out of it no one enjoys cold greasy onion rings or fries and the amount I received after a upcharge for frings is ridiculous to get a cold half order ... it's borderline robbery and fast food restaurants have been guilty of this for way to long especially with today's over pricing and horrible customer service .. A DOUBLE WHAMMY AT BEST ... to be honest I don't think I will ever be back ... at what point doesn't ENOUGH BECOME ENOUGH ... take care people . TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE A REPRESENTATION OF YOUR BUSINESS AND APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER AS HOPEFULLY A RETURNING ONE AND NOT A QUICK MONEY GRAB ... Read moreThis is by far my worst restaurant experience and surprisingly it's from a restaurant group I was employed with. I went today from doordash to pick up a customer order. I waited a few minutes for them to prepare the order then they give me the bag along with a cup of drink. I think requested a cup older for the drink since I can place it in my big delivery bag and it will sit without spilling. To my suprise the Indian girl that served me refused to saying they don't give cup holder for one drink. I respond what you mean 1 drink.? How do you expect me to take the drink? She then told me I have cup holder in my car. Why would she even question that? I argue with her and they was another woman looking all mad and not saying anything. I went over to her and ask her and she also refuse. I then ask to speak to the manager or someone in charge, and her response is she is the owner along with her husband who was behind. I refuse to take the order and had to unassigned the delivery. Like seriously what is a cup holder? Read moreDrive thru last night was a big disappointment! The person was at the window asked me to drive around again after I paid and receive my drinks with no straws. He told me to drive around and come back as the food was not ready. I found this strange as if the food is not ready they usually ask you to pull over and someone would bring you the food. So I did it. I was fine with doing it and then I noticed a car in front of me so they served that car in front of me gave them their food and I’m still waiting 10 minutes later ! I only ordered 4 meals. I still had to wait, but once I got the food, all of the hamburgers were squashed at the bottom. The fries were all tipped over the onion rings were everywhere. I couldn’t tell what was what it was a mess and when I confronted them and asked to speak to the supervisor, she said that she couldn’t give me her name and that to give her back the order and she’ll fix it. So I had to wait even longer. I refused as I was not happy and wanted to just leave. No customer service, no apologies! I will Never be going to this location ever again....
