July 3,2024 4:18pm me and my twin sis was assisted with love and care these two individuals I give a big shout out is Eunice and Saniya very friendly and 5star service me and my twin ordered the frozen redbull blue raspberry flavour omg made with love and my sis ordered take out not sure what meal she ordered but when I got to work she told me she finished it and it was amazing outstanding thank you so much for you’re service ladies you deserve a promotion I’m definitely gonna dine here when I’m free with frriends and family it’s kept clean spic and span🎯‼️thanks a million for this service I highly appreciate it alot don’t hesitate who ever is resting this review ignore all the bad customers that doesn’t respect the employees the environment in there is peaceful and respectful everyone that ordered after was assisted the same so I don’t get why I see unprofessional reviews ignore that and read this one there always a hater that has a bad day so they wanna put it out on the workers show respect and peace be still thanks for reading my review hopefully this helps you not to hesitate on visiting Yours Sincerely Jesse...

Customer service is trash. Some workers have terrible attitude.. manager is disgustingly rude. I came here twice now, both experience was a nightmare. I had a new worker make my burger, fine i understand he’s new and he’s being trained not the issue. He did forget to ask which sauces I’d like on my burger, which is okay his manager with the most disgusting attitude ever was giving him anxiety.. honestly I don’t know how an attitude like that is even real, or legal….i didn’t want to put more pressure on him so I just asked for the sauce on the side, and the manager was goin to charge me? I asked what’s the difference?! Like how does that make any sense? There’s no cost to put sauce on the burger… but there’s a charge on the side? That’s silly.. like after that whole back and fourth about being charged for sauces that simply would’ve been put on my burger at no charge was going on, I lost my appetite. Honestly I feel bad for the workers that have to work under that manager. Her attitude is just..honestly if words could explain how bad it was.. disgusting. their store is also filthy… I just wouldn’t go here.....

Ate here at lunch on Saturday 16th of July, In the 20 years of me living in Canada, I've have never ate at a Harvey's. Last week, my mom ate at this location and was very impressed by the angus burger. I was in the neighborhood doing some business so I decided to come and see what the fuss is about.

The staff working at the front was really courteous and friendly. They gave off that aura that makes you feel that they wanted to be there. The burger was pretty good. I feel the size of the patty was pretty generous for the Price. looked like more than half a inch thick. It was my first time there, i accidentally asked for the wrong toppings. so it might have tasted better had i not screwed up. I found out too late and didn't want to bother the staff to change it.

The fries here is really good. I ate them plain without ketchup. It was perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside mushy on the inside. it tasted really flavorful despite not having added salt. One of the best French fries I have ever had.

I think I'm going to be coming here...
