The food and atmosphere were both okay—nothing exceptional, but decent overall. However, we did experience an issue with our order that changed my impression of the visit.

It seems there was a mistake with one of our online orders, which was either missed or misread. Normally, I wouldn’t make a big deal out of something like this, as I’ve worked in the food service industry myself and have family members in it as well. I fully understand how busy and challenging it can be, and I try to be patient when mistakes happen.

What prompted me to revise my review, though, was the way one of the staff members handled the situation. A male employee repeatedly referred to my sister as “lady” and insisted that we had already received the order, despite us clearly stating multiple times that we hadn’t—and even showing the receipt. The exchange felt unnecessarily dismissive and uncomfortable.

On the positive side, a female staff member stepped in and was extremely helpful and kind. Her professionalism made a difference, and we appreciated...

Worst place to go to. I came by at 10 on Friday evening after placing an order for my food around 930pm and the doors were locked. All the staff was inside and the lights were on and there was a family eating inside but the doors were locked. It was cold outside and I was knocking on the door for a good ten minutes before one of the girls came to open up, it was almost as if all the staff had colluded that they were not going to serve any customers for that night but the sad thing is the store hours are till 1030pm so I was deeply annoyed by the fact that they would lock the doors and play deaf to my knocking over food that was already made and paid for over the phone. Absolutely the worst customer service guys I have dealt with so far and I wouldn’t want to have anything to do with those guys at this particular Harvey’s location anymore. That was completely irresponsible on their part because nobody should be locked outside in the...

I come here often. Been visiting Harvey's since I was a teen. You got a lifetime customer. Great system for a quick service restaurant balancing quality and speed. Quality is exceptional compared to competition. My issue isn't with the Harvey's brand or even this particular restaurant at Liberty; they're doing a great job. My line issue is the only debit/credit policy after 10pm. I can understand the logic behind it but in my opinion it's really not advisable. If you are open for business during your operating hours then the transaction policy should remained the same. I have cash I'm willing to pay with the gracious help me of a food delivery courier I got my food for my daughter. But it was a hassle. I simply just wanted some fries. Keep up...

Burgers, onion rings and French fries galore. You can also order a great veggie burger, pountine, frozen treats and wraps. I think its neat you can tell the staff what you want on your burger and they do that right in front of you, for you. Its a cool thing. I imagine picky people like that service option. The staff may come and go but Harvey's will remain Harvey's. This is a good option in Liberty Vilage and it is a popular place. This location is modern and clean. Fast service, fast food. The menu prices are too high but it is the same at the competition. For the frugal folks, you have value menu picks, which is a wise offering. If you like fast food and you are in the area, drop by and treat yourself.

Haven't been to a Harvey's in maybe 15 years. Went today on my walk home from shopping. I got the Jr. Burger to go. Put some lettuce, onions, relish and a mix of BBQ sauce and ketchup on top. Didn't order a side but did have my eye on onion rings. I'm a huge A&W fan if I'm getting fast food. Harvey's makes a good fast food burger. Reminds me of what they tasted like as a kid. Lots of indie places will sell a higher quality burger made from scratch but if I needed something fast and I was willing to go cheap. Harvey's will be an option in the future....if I can find a location. You don't see as many of the chains as you used to.

This Harvey's location needs a crash course on how to package their orders. My one hamburger and one order of fries are tightly packaged in the smallest and most fragile paper bag they could find. This extremely thoughtless and inconsiderate packaging can lead to accidents of the bag tearing along the many obstacles the customer may face such as opening doors and carrying the item out with literally no where to properly hold or grip. This inconvenience can be totally avoided by applying a little bit of thought when packaging orders. A honourable mention must be given to the coffee cup lid used on the soda cup. The food is good.
