🚨 Frustrating Pickup Experience at Pi Co Pizza Bar 🚨
As a driver, my experience at Pi Co Pizza Bar was incredibly disappointing due to poor time management and lack of respect for my schedule. Here’s what happened:
Unacceptable Delay Initial Wait: I arrived on time for the pickup and was told the order would be ready in 12 minutes. Fair enough, I waited patiently. First Delay: After waiting 15 minutes, I checked in again, only to be told that the order needed 10 more minutes! This is completely unacceptable for a business that advertises quick service. Total Time Wasted: What should have been a quick pickup turned into a frustrating wait of over 25 minutes, causing delays for other deliveries.
Communication Breakdown The staff didn’t proactively update me about the delay. I had to repeatedly ask for updates, which wasted even more time. No apology or explanation was offered for the delay, leaving me feeling undervalued as a driver.
Impact on My Work As someone working on tight schedules, such delays are disruptive and unprofessional. This experience not only wasted my time but also impacted my ability to complete other deliveries efficiently.
Final Thoughts 🤔 Pi Co Pizza Bar needs to seriously improve its order management and communication with drivers. If you can’t stick to promised timelines, at least inform people properly. This kind of service is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to return for future pickups.

Read moreI was very excited when this branch opened up as I generally am a fan of PiCo. However this branch is so mismanaged and chaotic that the quality of the product is significantly worse than other Pi Co locations. I ordered a create your own and made my usual, it was not assembled with any real care but that's not a big deal since aesthetics don't really contribute to the taste. However at the end of it they covered it in truffle oil which I didn't ask for. Then they asked me if it's ok if they charge me for the truffle oil since they already put it on I said I'm not paying for something I didn't ask for. Now they hand me over the pizza and it's absolutely drenched in truffle oil literally wet you can't even pick up the pizza, so I show them that and politely ask if there is anything they can do about it (basically hoping they would offer to make me the pie I ordered rather than this wet inedible thing). They say nah that's not the oil that you didn't ask for that's the honey that's what happens when you put it in (as if I haven't had money on pizza from their store before...). I didn't want to make a big deal out of it because it was near closing time so I just sucked it up and accepted that I just spent 20$ on something that I won't eat...
Read moreI like Pi Co in general but this location always messes up my order. I think once when the owner was there, everything I ordered was made exactly like the other locations. I usually order a small caesar salad and the goat cheese, walnut and honey small bite. Without fail every time I’ve ordered that small bite, they always forget the honey and it’s cut so strangely that I have to cut it again myself. This time I ordered the exact same things, the small bite and salad through the app and again no honey but this time the salad was also wrong, they gave me the wrong dressing.
I’ll probably go back because I do like the franchise but it’s kind of annoying to always have your order messed up and they close ip your order so you don’t check it until you’re hone or far...
