The place is fine. Very industrial. Chairs/benches are hard wood so not a comfy vibe that’s for sure. Staff are friendly. Washroom is clean. Biggest issue is the music is wayyy too specific and not great for ears of all ages. To me a coffee shop isn’t a night club. Music should be at a minimum. At least half the sound of a clothing store because we want to talk to each other and or just simply be able to listen to our own music with headphones on without still hearing the music. If I’m paying for overpriced coffee, I should get the tools to drink it properly. Some people need straws for medical reasons (or to avoid coffee stains on their teeth). The iced coffee cups makes it messy to drink without one since the lid is flat and overflows. It’s also unhygienic if the barista is touching my lid and now I have to drink from it. Just give customers a straw, stop making it complicated.
I won’t be a returning customer anymore due to this...
