Love it. I take my 2 year old there when I want her to play in a confined, private playground nesteled between private neighborhood. It is a slightly older playground which caters to smaller people. This gives me the flexibility to give her freedom to play, jump and climb without my constant supervision. It is also a place to hangout without having a whole bunch of other people around.
