Tried this chicken and fried food spot for the first time yesterday evening , and I’m SO glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing, especially from a staff member named Sadiksha. I asked her name , i found her so sweet was greeting us with a smile on her face every moment. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and honestly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met.

She told us they had just updated their menu the day before, and she took the time to explain the new Hotbox 1 & 2 deals, as well as the daily specials. Based on her recommendation, we went with the J.B. Hotbox 2 & Loaded Fries Combo and it did not disappoint! The fries were loaded with delicious toppings and sauce, and she even gave in a complimentary dip for us. It was totally worth it.

What stood out the most was how involved she was; she didn’t just take our order, I saw her go to the back and prepare it herself. She was clearly putting in real effort to make sure everything was perfect, and it showed. When had read in the reviews that people had to wait 15–20 minutes or more, but my order was ready in just 10 minutes. I was honestly surprised! She was so quick and handled everything herself ; from taking the order to preparing it. She really made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the customer service was top-tier.
