KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

One of the worst KFC'S I've ever seen! The place was so filthy and dirty(you can see hair lying on the floor). And to top it up the food was even worse. I ordered a big crunch bucket for one. It had a bucket which had two pieces with fries in it along with a burger and coke. The chicken pieces in the bucket were so disgusting and oily that I could see oil dropping from it while biting it. Even the napkin in which I held it turned all oily. When I went to complain to the counter they all first pretended to not understand my question and after some time when I tried to explain them in the simplest English I knew they didn't utter a word and rushed back to the cooking areas leaving the counter empty and my question unanswered. After they told their main chef she started asking me if I have not eaten a fried chicken before. I told her that I've been eating from KFC since I was in India. Then she mad a disgusted look and kept staring at me with anger for the whole of my time at the restaurant. I've never seen such kind of quality of food and also such unprofessional attitude of the employees in any KFC across two countries. Stopped by yesterday afternoon because I love KFC. I will not be returning to this place. I ordered a zinger. The chicken- had been sitting under the heat lamp for gods knows how long. The battered chicken breast was beige in Colour and dud not look appetizing at all. The batter is some areas was lifted of the meat...due to being under the heat lamp. The sauce- was the best part of the burger, I just wished they had spread it on the whole bun, not just a smear on one part of the bun. The bun- had that wet to the touch feeling when bread sits in the heat fir too long. It was not very fresh and was crushed in places. Also, the bun wasn't toasted. The fries were ok, but certainly not just made. The lettuce on the bun was lank and very tired looking. Was not fresh at all. The only thing good in the meal were the gravy and ice tea. All in all, I was not impressed with food there, I ended up throwing out a bit more than half the sandwich and most of the fries. I will not revisit this particular KFC nor would I recommend...

This is a beautifully redesigned KFC. New self-serve kiosks and neon lights. Unfortunately, it's downhill from there... The customer service is lacking severely, I wish I placed my order through the kiosk to make it a better experience. This was not only me but 3 out of 4 customers that came in while I was waiting were greeted with eye rolls or just indifference. The manager was proactive and kind to a customer that had an issue but the rest of the team were best described as inactive. One rep even made fun of a customer's name after they left the counter. After I received my food I looked for a clean table or spot to eat and nothing was found. Sadly it seemed that outside was cleaner than this redesigned location (and if you know Jane and Lawrence, that is saying something). The food was like the service rushed without thought, the chicken tenders were hard and certainly not fresh (despite waiting 10-12minutes). I like the look of the place but I...
