My overall experience at this location wasn't the best to say the least. Tried ordering on the online website and mobile app, every time I would click checkout, my order would clear and ask me to select a location like an endless loop. I decided to head to the front counter to order in person instead. I explained my issues regarding my online order. The cashier insisted to order on the app even though it wasn't working. Another 5 mins goes by and the problem still persists. I walked back up to front counter and ask if I could just order in person. All 3 workers seemed to not know the store menu as I had to show them the exact chicken sandwich meal on the website and how much it costs. Already upset enough, as I tried to explain what I wanted in my order, they would side talk to each other in their own language as if they were trash talking me in a sense. I brushed it off as I just wanted to place my order and leave. The time was around 7:20pm when my order was finally placed and the worker told me that dine in was closed. I explained that there are still customers eating in their dining area and my girlfriend was already eating her order that she placed ahead of mine. The worker then stated, "Could you please ask if she could hurry up." You can see as per previous reviews and on their store sign that dine in/ takeout is open till 8pm on Saturday's. I finally got my order and decided to just eat my sandwich as I waited for my girlfriend to finish eating. The same worker was cleaning the area around us and had the audacity to ask my girlfriend "are you almost done?" Already upset with my experience, I decided to just pack our food and just eat in the car as I am not the type of person to cause a scene .

My chicken sandwich was cold, the gravy was cold, but at least the popcorn chicken was good. I would have to say either the workers or management staff need to change their training regime as it seems like none of the workers are properly trained for these types...

Very bad service. I ordered 2 sandwiches for 2 kids online.I received an email with order number and pick up time on the same day. When I went to pick up, I was told by the Cashier that no order on their system. They told me to come and check next day. It is ridiculous that we have toget next day to get mean. I was charges $12.22 on my debit account. Next day the same story. Then I contacted the customer service regarding my debit charge for which I did not get the meal. The customer service in the head office told that they can not make refund but only the store which charge can make a refund. I have to wait 10 business days for refund d. After 10 days , I went to the store and explained that I amsuppossed to get a refund, a lady who was there told thatshe will make sandwich and give us. I agreed . We got 2 sandwiches and got home and we found that the sandwiches they gave are very small and not the sandwiches we ordered online. In the meantime when I called the store the next day after we made online purchase, they hanged up the phone. They employees who work there are not professional. In the store I saw another customer who had a serious issue . She told they answer the phone . The employees in that location Tapscott Ave , in Malvern Mall myst be trained to serve...

The fact that this place has more one stars than any other rating is quite telling. Not only does management not care, but corporate clearly does not care either.

If you want to be completely and utterly disappointed while wasting your money on what could be the worst food experience in Canada, then this is the place for you.

The employees that work here obviously aren't being managed properly considering their poor attitudes, complete lack of regard for anything happening beyond their narrow cones of vision, and their downright lazy work ethic.

The food is beyond saving, the only thing consistent here is the bottled/canned drinks. Fountain Drinks all taste odd and completely different from how their respective brands would normally taste. The chicken is horrid (when it's even available), simultaneously being drier than jerky, caked in enough batter to clog the arteries of a Beluga Whale, and oily enough to peak the interest of the United States.

Even the dining experience is poor. Tables are rarely cleaned during the day (if ever), even if there are strewn about wrappers, scattered remains of shabby attempts at making tacos, or sauce puddles with a hardy layer of skin on top.
