KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

Today is February 21, 2025. I was hungry so I decided to come back so I requested the popcorn chicken combo and I requested the 2 for $5 Chicken wrap. I was given my order I took it and I went home and when I got home imagine my surprise what I found was a big crunch some French fries and 2 pieces of chicken and onion rings. Very interesting order but not mine.

This was quite the experience... The lady who took my order was I guess nice enough I guess they're understaffed.... she kept on running to the back looking lost herself...

The guy in the back looked completely confused about everything that was going on. My order took forever or at least it felt like forever.

The third guy came out and confirmed that I'm still waiting for my order for the past 10 minutes and said he'll give me extra fries which of course he did not. And ask me to wait 2 more minutes until they're done getting out my order which only had French fries and chicken nuggets... I mean how hard is that to make or warm up because I know they warm them up...

I will not be going to that KFC again unless I have a serious craving.

And to whomever is the owner of that franchise please hire capable people who are not confused about what they're...

Really rude older woman working the till today at 4:50pm, Aug 24, 2024. I asked a really simple question, whats the difference between the differrent sandwich box combos cause I saw about 3 on the board. She told me to look at the pictures. So as i tried to look to see the differences she told me to move out of the way so she could deal with other customers. Where if she would have just helped me in the first place I could have ordered there and then. I just left. It was so rude. It wasnt busy at all. There was one other person waiting who either wasnt ready cause they told me to go in front of them or they had already ordered so not sure what the rush was. Sorry, not everyone comes to KFC everyday and is an expert on your menu and can see a board thats 10ft away. Like im sorry was it really that hard to have help me out for 20 seconds in a dead food...

I wish that I could give zero stars. Worst experience I've ever had. Stood at the front of the lineup for 20 minutes while ONE girl worked the front, running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. She only focused on filling skipthedishes and Uber orders the whole time, instead of taking my order.

Pick up drivers were coming in long after me and being given preferential treatment. Having their orders filled long after I got there. They were even given free drinks from this girl!

But when it came time to FINALLY take my order, she tells me there no more chicken, and that is too close to closing. I was there AN HOUR before closing! She didn't offer me any kind of deal (or free drink) for the wait, but she does to...
