Reginos Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Terrible Customer Service. Over charged and wrong order. I'll start by saying I've ordered from this location a couple times before for my staff meetings. Typically we order a minimum of 6 pizzas per order. Today, we have another meeting and many picky mouths to feed. As usual I called in my order last night to ensure everything is taken care of in advance. I placed my order and recieved my total as I require approval to charge my total. When I recieved my order, I was presented with a total that was higher than I was quoted over the phone. When i asked about my new total, I was informed that I was mistaken and the total they had was correct. I was then in for a second surprise when I opened all the pizza boxes and received one of my pizzas completely wrong. I had originally ordered a Supreme Pizza but instead received a chicken Supreme. When I called in to have the order corrected, the individual on the phone informed me they didn't offer a Supreme Pizza so they sent me a second Chicken supreme instead. I informed him that I was looking at their site and it was clearly listed. The individual said they didn't offer it in their store menu and I was out of luck. So after having my total increased on me at delivery and being told I was simply out of luck and will have to eat what I was delivered, we have decided to avoid this location for all future office orders. Fortunately, I have a huge reach and have informed our entire office building to avoid ordering from this Reginos location. Customer service goes a long way and unfortunately my experience here has made me want to spend my money where its appreciated. In the end I had a couple team members that didn't receive their pizza so I reorder theirs from Pizza Nova. The order from Pizza Nova came quick and correct. Looks like we'll be sending all our future orders to Pizza Nova...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just have to share my experience with Reginos because it was that good! I’ve always noticed their name around, but for some reason, I never got the chance to try them—until the other night. I was searching for pizza places in Scarborough, and Reginos popped up. I figured, “Why not give it a shot?”

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with two drinks, and let me tell you—it was amazing! The crust was perfectly baked with this incredible flavor, and the cheese was so hot and gooey it felt like pure heaven. I was honestly blown away by how delicious it was!

What stood out even more was the service. I needed some change for the delivery, so I called the store ahead of time, and they were so friendly and reassuring about having it ready for me. The delivery guy was super polite and kind too—it’s those little things that really make a difference.

I think I’ve found my go-to spot for pizza and wings. If you’re in Scarborough, especially near Pharmacy and Finch, you need to try Reginos! Trust me, it’s worth it. I was so impressed that I’m ordering again today—and it’s just the day...

Very unhappy. This my first time order from Reginos and I ordered a combo with 10 chicken wings. When I received the order, there are only 9 wings in the box. I called this location and the person who pick up the phone, the first thing he said was the chicken wings are big, so only 9. I told him that there are only 2 wings that I can consider "big", some I would even consider tiny. I've mentioned that the order advertised as "10 wings", and the person at the store repeated that the wings are big, so there is only 9, and I can just call the head office to complaint. It made me very unhappy with my first order from this location. The "1" wing is not a big deal, but there is no apology, and the person on the phone just didn't care at all. If it was advertised as 10 wings, then I should get 10 wings. This will be my last time ordering from...
