This is my family go to restaurant for many years. Manager/owner extremely friendly. The food is excellent.

However, today, Sat feb 24, 2024 we were at table #26. Took our orders (2- C3's + soup )

Server came and gave food, 2 # C3, chicken and pork with rice to Table #25 (which was our order)

We didnt say anything because we thought they probably ordered the same thing.

Customer on table #25 (not their fault) He was eating his springrolls and all the flakes and cripsy wrappers was falling onto the plate (c3) he said to the server that the (C3) was not their order... it was too late all his spring roll, food was already falling into our food.

The server, took their plates and gave it to us. All those springrolls that had fallen from his mouth now on our plates.

The server came and said she made a mistake. She took their plates and put it on our table.

I told her i want a new one because his food was falling into my meal, she said no

Anyway, I spoke with owner, I hope they take action. This is very disappointing, disgusting and very unhygienic.

I guess I will have to find a cleaner more trained server, and hygienic restaurant. If they dont show respect with your food while your watching.

How clean do you think your food is behind closed doors in the kitchen?

HOPE WE DONT GET SICK. They could have at least change the chicken or porkchop which only cost 20$, then lose a loyal customer who keeps coming back every week to support this restaurant for over 10 years. Anyway, time to explore more Vietnamese restaurant...

Gf chose this place and I had a bad experience many years ago. Guess it's still the same.

Poor service, high prices (as expected), and alright food. We ordered a com tam heo ga (broken rice with pork chop and chicken) with a side order of eggs, Vietnamese spring rolls (rice paper roll), and ca phe sua da (iced Vietnamese coffee).

The rice wasn't broken rice, the pork and chicken were actually good surprisingly, and the server apparently doesn't understand I wanted eggs in my order when he asked me 3 separate times if I wanted eggs. It's written "+EGGS" on the paper. Seriously?

If you want to share food with your friend or gf, take note that it'll be difficult because they also don't understand the concept of another set of cutlery.

The Vietnamese rice rolls were ~$6 and it was two cut into 4 pieces. 80% veges, 10% shrimp, 10% vermicelli. Decent. Expensive. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee was bitter which is on the good side if you dig that.

$35 + tips spent. I'll be sticking to my other restaurants.

Sidenote: the chopsticks are cleaned separately and put back into those paper to-go sheaths. Well, when I pulled the chopstick out with their sheath, there was a DISGUSTING white and black (hardened) residue/goo. It honestly looked like birdshit. I did not take a photo because I was with my gf and I didn't want to disgust her.

Washroom is decently sized and clean. The mirrors tripped me out.

Great...

Today, my family came to eat here. This restaurant has been our favorite place to eat.. we've been going here for 8 years now..

This staff that I never saw before whose wearing a glasses welcomed us and showed us our table then minutes later our food was served..

Usually, the server will take thr plates pit on our table if we are done eating. Normally they took away the empty plates..NOT the one with a food or soup still on it unless we gave permission for them to take it.

Today, I got so upset on how this server, were trying to take the bowl with a soup STILL on IT!! Even though he saw my daughter is still eating at that time. I then told him that my daughter is still eating and not done.

Then he went away.. but upon paying for our meal. I even apologized to him on how my daughter takes time to eat. BUT instead of him apologizing on his actions, he even jokingly gave a sarcastic comment saying it okay for as long as we don't stay past 10 pm. How rude!!!

To be honest we arrive there past 6:15 and we were done eating in 30-40 mins not even long we stayed there.

I'm just really disappointed on how we got this kind of service today. We've been going here for the past 8 years because the food is great! But today, the service is bad. I like the other guy server and the other girls except this guy!

I don't feel like coming...

Very Dishonest Restaurant, they overcharge the price if you order through UberEat. I ordered P1 House Special Pho through UberEat. There was no size selection so I left a memo that I want XL size. The original order price was 13.50 but because of my up size memo, they charged an extra 1.50 so 15 total. I understood and had no problem with the extra charge because I ordered an XL size. However, when I got the order and saw the receipt, I realized they overcharged me. According to the receipt (please check the picture) that they provide, the actual price of P1 House Special Pho XL size is 13.50, not 15. So I called to Restaurant and ask how much is the actual price of the P1 XL size and they answered 13.50 and they said In the UberEat Menu they sell L size Pho for 13.50. Therefore, XL size P1 pho is 13.50 but in the UberEat Menu they sell L size for 13.50 and if you ask for XL size they charge extra so it becomes 15. Even though the original price is 13.50... they play with their price and overcharge the price to the customer. Please do not order through UberEat because they will overcharge you.

This is the third time I’ve been here but the first time I’m doing a review because I always end up eating the food before I can take pictures! NEVER a wait time to be seated, good music in the background, great service and amazing food. Even this time around I started eating my pho a bit too early. Pricing here is extremely cheap in comparison to other similar restaurants and you can’t go wrong with this value. The large Pho bowls are big enough to serve 2-3 people or 1 if you’re always hungry like me. We also tried their beef salad which was amazing! It’s Korean style beef slices mixed with peanuts in the salad and an almost Thai- like salad dressing which just had me drooling! I wish I had more room for the spring rolls because they were just perfection. They only come with 2 spring rolls per order but honestly they were bigger than we thought! Next time we go, we will definitely order more of them. Overall experience here was clearly amazing since this was now our 3rd time visiting.
