Abby is always going out of her way to ensure every special order is accommodated. The manager should recognise her as a prime example of customer retention.
Most Timâs accommodate special orders but Abby is especially helpful and so is the fellow with the little moustache 𼸠but I always forget his name - my bad. Actually, all the staff (and itâs never under staffed) are very hard working but most of all try hard to make each order satisfactory. Itâs also the only location that has classic fill doughnuts. I highly recommend this location.
The worst Timâs is the Dufferin-Wilson, who are totally opposite - they NEVER accommodate anyone. They are much more conveniently located to me but I happily drive extra to come here on Caledonia because of Abby and her staff. They are even so lazy at Dufferin-Wilson that they refuse to fill up your refillable tumblers. The Keele-Wilson is also disgusting đ¤Ž- always.
Thank you Abby for your great service!
Update Just wanted to also give Dina, a nice older Filipina lady making the sandwiches đĽŻ, a shout out. You can see her working as fast as she can but not compromising quality or consistency. For example she is very careful to ensure if you are supposed to have two pieces of bacon đĽ that you donât get only one. I would rather have a sandwich take a few seconds more than it be made wrong. As fast as possible but done right - who can ask for more from a hard working...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I came to get myself and coworkers some treats for lunch and asked for a large cup of ice that they said they would have to charge me for, I said that's okay but please give me a xl cup. 5 mins goes by and I still don't have my ice. I ask a girl working the food area for my cup of ice and she proceeded to give me attitude and tell me there is a charge and I kindly explained I know I already paid for an xl cup so that's why I am asking. She comes back with a small cup half full. Now I explained I paid for an xl cup of ice and asked her to please give me what I paid for and please fill it to the top with ice. She proceeded to ignore the fact that I told her I already paid for the cup and berated me for daring to ask for a cup of ice that she assumed I was getting for free. Then add insult to injury she puts her whole hand in my cup of ice and hands it to me in an aggressive manner. I was furious but didn't want to ruin my day further so turned around threw the now hand and finger ice into the trash. I honestly don't even know how a person thinks this is okay or that they can speak to people like I came into their place of work and pissed on them. Maybe start hiring people who want to work and not people who are clearly miserable with themselves and their lives and try to bring that to the people they...
Read moreHad a really bad experience today March 30th 10am morning .The lady who took our order on drive through was very rude and unpolite. We waited in the drive way for more than 2mins before somebody said hello, in the mean time we accidentally horned. Agreed that it was not very polite from our side, but keeping a customer waiting without unattended especially on drive through when it is not busy is unfair.Customers prefer drive through to save time,as in the service industry of one of the biggest food chain the employs should be aware of it.We as a customer always love to get attention as soon as our turn comes, we are not unaware of your backdoor problems or we don't have to.We are paying money to get the best service, especially from a food chain like Timhortons.I personally don't like reviewing bad about an institution but as a customer when we hear rude words and unethical language from a person who are destined to serve the customer it is unacceptable. We are regular customer and our shop is just adjacent to yours. From nowonwards we will try to avoid this location as much as we can.Hope the management will take reasonable steps to keep the...
