⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem! Authentic Flavors and Unbeatable Value!
Lajawab Biryani 'N' Grills has quickly become my absolute go-to spot for authentic and delicious Pakistani/Indian cuisine. This place is the real deal, and I couldn't be more impressed with every single visit. From the food to the service, everything is consistently top-notch.
First and foremost, it's a huge plus that they are 💯% Halal, providing peace of mind along with incredible taste. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because the freshness shines through in every dish. The biryani is perfectly spiced, with fragrant long-grain rice and tender meat that falls off the bone. The grills are succulent, marinated to perfection, and cooked beautifully. The flavors are rich, authentic, and truly "lajawab" (unparalleled)! 👌
The menu offers a fantastic variety, but I have to give a special shout-out to two of the best deals in the city. Their Kadak Chai for just $1 is phenomenal! It's strong, aromatic, and the perfect way to start or end a meal. And the Veggie and Chicken Samosas for only $1.15, the Veg Meal for only $4.99 and the Non-Veg Meal for only $5.99 are a must-try. They are crispy, generously filled, and bursting with flavor – an absolute steal for the price!
What truly sets Lajawab apart, however, is their exceptional team. The service is always warm, welcoming, and efficient. A huge thank you to ⭐ Waseem, Zia, and Ataullah who, along with the ✨ entire team 👍, consistently go above and beyond to make you feel like family. They are always happy to offer recommendations and ensure your dining experience is perfect.
💡 A Couple of Friendly Suggestions for Improvement: As a loyal customer who wants to see this gem shine even brighter, I have a couple of small suggestions. While the Kadak Chai is fantastic, it can sometimes be too sweet for my preference. I understand this is likely due to popular demand, but offering a sugar-free or unsweetened option would be a wonderful choice for many customers. Additionally, the restaurant understandably gets very busy, which can lead to long wait times and feel a bit disorganized during peak hours. Perhaps leveraging some technology for ordering or managing the queue could help streamline the process. These are minor tweaks that I believe would elevate the already excellent service and save valuable time for both staff and customers.
Despite these minor points, my experience is always outstanding. Lajawab Biryani N Grills offers incredible value, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is a 5-star 🌟 experience through...

Read moreThe most disgusting food and rude behaviour from the cashier and the chef. Placed an order and was told 20 mins. Got there and have to wait for another hour and 15 min. And when we got the food. It was nothing that we ordered. The Daal tadka was plain. No salt or spices. The chilli chicken or what they claimed was chilli chicken wasn’t chilli chicken. They claimed it to be chilli chicken. But no chicken dishes has a whole chicken leg piece in it. And chilli chicken is supposed to be dry and bonless. What we got was hella oily and gravy with one chicken piece which has a bone in it. When called to complained, was greeted with attitude and the chef didnt care. They tried talking in their language assuming the person calling is not a desi person when I understood every single bit of things they said. And when said I am Indian and understand how the food is supposed to and what its supposed to look like, the person on the phone decided to argue and was like your not looking at the food correctly. Like excuse me. I have the receipt that states exactly what was ordered and the pictures of what I received. But the person refused to listen and told me I dont know my stuff and hung up. Who ever the owner of this so called “restaurant” is you need to get your act together and hire proper adults. Not immature people who clearly have no customer service skills. Surprised as to how your still open and working when you cant follow simple request and can’t take constructive criticism. Anyone who decides to try your food should definitely look at the comments and not bother wasting their time or money! Oh and best of it all everyone in my family that ate the food ended up vomiting it out as to how disgusting it was. Its full of oil and the bag that is came in was drenched in oil. If y’all prefer your food 95% oil than go ahead. Otherwise choose...
