I placed my order over the phone after looking at their menu that was posted on their website. (combo #6) At no point while I was making my order did anyone bring to my attention that their prices had changed. When I went to pick up my order, my bill was almost double the price that I was expecting to pay. I asked the employee cashing me out why it was more than what I had seen online. It was only after I asked that I was informed that their prices had changed, and they had not made the time to update their website yet. I believed that I should have been charged the price I saw online because they had falsely advertised the price and had not provided me with the updated price as I was ordering over the phone. The employee was not sure and went to grab an older gentleman (not the eldest, who has been nice and sincere the few times I had ordered before), who handled the situation very confrontationally, and at one point told me that I didn’t have to collect my order, I could just cancel it. That was not the point for me, especially because I had already waited about half an hour and did not have time to order somewhere else and wait again for that meal. I feel like I was treated like someone who was just trying to get a free meal from them, even though I was paying for it, and there was no sense of accountability for the mistake on the restaurant’s part. To top it off, my pizza that night was burnt along the crust and very dry with barely any sauce to be found. Great Pizza and Wings combo for best pricing!

Tried it many times and the same great taste every time. Pricing is also very economical. Worth it.

However, this last time their service was very unprofessional. Ordered combo over the ph and when i went to pick up after apprx 35 - 40 mins, I was told to wait that my order was getting ready.

Customers for pick-up came and went until there was only 1 box of pizza-combo left ready for pick. Another customer walked in and they gave it to that customer, who refused saying it wasn't their order. Seeing this, I walked up and asked to confirm the order they were putting back. Guess what, it was my order sitting there since I walked in and they simply told my order was coming while they were busy doing their dinner (which i've no problem with unless they don't create a delay between me n my Pizza).

I won't say the food is not good, they make good pizza but their service levels need to coincide with the quality of their food.

I picked up my order without them offering any discount or even an additional garlic sauce for their mistake except for a universal get-away for anything you do on earth with a 5 letter word: "sorry".

This may seem exaggerated but when one is hungry and the order is ready and simply due to poor professionalism it is delayed, simply make things worse.
