Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I went here Monday May 27, 2024 around 4:30 pm after driving for 6 hours to pick up a couple of pizzas for my family. As I was inside waiting the cooks brought to pizza out of the oven to cut and dropped the utensil they were using o nto the floor, I yelled out so they could hear me (because they were behind large board that was on a counter and can see underneath the dirty floor and the utensil fall) "you better wash that utensil before using that on my pizza!" They ignored me, I repeated myself that "I saw you drop the utensil and pick it up from the filthy floor and use it on my pizza I also said to make sure you wash that before you use it on my pizza". Again they ignored me used it on my pizza then put it up on the utensil hanger right after. Didn't rinse it, didn't wash it, nothing just put it back and brought me the pizzas. I told them I'm not taking those pizzas and I saw what they did and I'm not going to eat something that was served with a utensil that that dropped on the floor and didn't clean it, of course they denied it and I then turned to my daughter who was watching the whole thing and she confirmed what I stated, they tried to deny it again I then said "fine then let's see the camera footage". They immediately gave me a refund. So disgusted. I'm really wondering about hand washing because they used the cash register with flour all over their hands as well. Calling the health...

I called in to order a stuffed cheese pizza the person who picked up was extremely rude Said he couldn't hear me and cut the line before I could even speak.

Called back made my order, picked it up and went home 5 minutes later I open the box to see THIS literally the whole pizza bottom drenched in OIL I have never been so disgusted.

Called the location back spoke to Karan who said that's how they make the pizza said I would send him the video he said no he can't do anything asked for a refund he said no asked for a manager he said his manager name was Anoob (who of course was not present)

Overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER ...

Middle aged south Asian man has NO customer service skills. He is very rude. Every time I go to this location he is either coughing all over your order or yelling at a customer. Today I ordered and since it was only him I advised him that I would rather pay after he finished touching my food as i have seen him refuse to wash his hands for other customers. Instead of saying ok, he refused to serve me.

It was ok. I avoided his germs and just went to another pizza place.

AVOID this location. Little Caesars is fantastic just not this...
