My credit card was charged twice. I called and pressed 5 to speak to a manager. Spoke to someone who took my information and told me a manager would call me. Days passed. I called again. Person answered and said they would get the manager. A conversation occured between the person who answered and an older man in a language I do not speak, so I do not know what was said or if the person speaking was the manager and choosing to not speak to me. I was then told the manager was not there. This is poor business practice. Ignoring a customer and not following up leads to lost business. It could be $1 or $100. It does not matter. I was charged twice, ignored and will never order again or recommend this business. My businesses customer service standard is a returned call in 24 hrs. The fact that this business thinks its appropriate to not follow up with someone who was charged twice is ridiculous

Follow up: February 18, 2022...2 months later..never...

The pizza was decent, the best when served warm. The cheese was notably creamy and bold, and the toppings were enjoyable as well. However, the dough didn't quite meet expectations; it seemed to need reheating to fully bring out the flavors. Delivered lukewarm, the nuances of the pizza were lost until reheated. The PJ branded garlic sauce was disappointing, tasting more like warm margarine with hardly any garlic flavour. The Heinz sauce included with the order was a better choice. As for the boneless wings, they were simply a letdown and didn't make the cut for a reorder. They tasted like generic chicken meat, which was off-putting. Next time, I should just stick to the pizza, which, despite its flaws (delivery issue and inconvenience to reheat before serving) was the highlight of the meal and the...

Ordered online for carry out on 11/20/2021. When I went to pick up my pizza I was asked "How would I like to pay?" I thought it was a bit weird since I already entered my credit card payment online. But thought it may have been a pre-authorized transaction, so I paid at the store. Couple of days later I see 2 charges on my credit card for my order. Reached out to customer service online but have not heard back from them as of yet. So if you pay online with credit/debit DO NOT PAY at the store!

UPDATE: Haven't heard back from Papajohns.ca's customer support. Decided to go back to the store and speak with the manager there. Wasn't able to get a refund/credit but was offered a pizza of choice to make up for the...

My family loves pizza so we got takeout on a Monday and Thursday from here. There was a BIG difference in the amount of toppings given. On Monday, the pepperoni was a very good amount, but the sausage was a joke! (see photos) There were about 3 little balls of sausage per slice! It was pretty sad. But we went back on Thursday and the sausage was a proper amount! The taste is good and the free dipping sauce is especially yummy. We got the walk-in special that's a good deal ($10 for a large one-topping pizza -- it's advertised in a flyer I got at my house). So they only lost one star because of the major difference in the amount of toppings.

We didn’t have a good experience here for our first time trying them out. The Pizza overall flavour and the way it was cooked was below average and the wings were severely undercooked and were a very poor recipe that I would not recommend trying unless they develop an entirely new recipe and method of cooking them. I’m not usually one to complain but for the $70 price we paid this food was nowhere near the realm of good. I was hoping Papa Johns might’ve been a new addition to the local pizza ordering rotation but it fell really really short in multiple areas so I’m not sure that we’ll be trying them again unfortunately.
