At the store I ordered 6 boneless wings with honey garlic sauce. Went to pick up and over heard the girl telling her colleague in hindi “meine galti se dal diya” which means “by mistake I kept it”… i did not understand why was it said until I reached home and started eating. She kept parmesan and too much butter flavor with the honey garlic sauce. Called the store to inform them why is there butter. The girl who made the mistake very arrogantly said “there is no butter but parmesan cheese is placed underneath the wings and on top is the honey garlic sauce.” And also to add it she said “did you get my point”. When I told her she made a mistake and that when she realized she made a mistake, should have apologized and asked is it ok to take it or how about her making a new correct one. Not just give away the incorrect order made to the customer, knowing it is wrong. I then asked her “did u get my point?”… she replied she is sorry and that i can return and get my wings.. I tried eating the wings but I just couldn’t after the 2nd piece..too buttery. Clicked the picture and threw it away. Waste of money, energy, time and gas. POPEYES WHERE ARE YOU HEADING TO?? You just lost a customer. People avoid this location. Staff here works carelessly, filled with hot air. This is not an innocent mistake. Unprofessional and abysmal. Will never return to this store. This location used to be good many months back…but not anymore. To the owner, if you do not look after you business well, it will slip off. Tonight after work, around 11:30pm I ordered 4 chicken (came with fries and biscuit), medium fries, 12 ghost pepper wings and two sauces. The girl near the cash counter had airpods in one ear. Walking down and up behind the cash counter as if she is very bored at work..no work to do..talking in her native language using her airpods. She signals me to come over to get my order. Tuk my order home and guess what!! She forgot to pack my 12 pcs of ghost pepper wings. After 14 hours of work..I had to drive back to get the right order. Who the heck wears airpods and work at the front end? Of course mistakes will happen due to lack of diligence, lack of responsibility. If you want to talk on phone, GO HOME and talk at leisure, dont work, stay at home!! Give the position/job to someone who deserves it.
