Mamma's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

If you order for delivery you risk being treated as we were: At 7:18 pm I placed an online order for delivery to an address 1.1 km from the store. The order confirmation said "DELIVERY TIME: Approximately 45 minutes. Please allow 15 minute grace period from estimated delivery time." After more than an hour we called to ask about our pizza. We were told it was already on its way in a car with other orders. After a further 30 minutes we called again, and were again told the pizza was on its way in a car with other orders. When I asked when the car had left, the person I was speaking to said "20 minutes ago."He was unable to give a satisfactory explanation for the inconsistency between this and their previous story. The pizza eventually arrived 100 minutes after it was ordered, not 45 or 45 +15. That was my last transaction with...

We are pizza lovers , have tried pizza all over Toronto... but pizza at this location has been our most favourite...the walk in special with one topping is we usually take, it’s delicious and crunchy to our liking.

Owner is very friendly...always happy to customize the pizza .. we like our pizza with less sauce and cheese, just tell them at the time of order they will do it for you without any hassle.

Owner was so nice to offer a free drink for my little daughter.

Toppings is always more then expected this has been one issue we had with other pizza place where they don’t put enough topping but here we never had to ask it.

I have also tried chicken wings there, its amazing too.

I strongly recommend this place to all Pizza Lovers.

Just had a pizza delivered from this location and had the delivery guy call me yelling at me that he was waiting a long time when the instructions on my order were to call when they arrived to my door. Then when I asked how much he rounded up my bill instead of telling me how much it was exactly and then standed in my doorway refusing to move without a tip because who tips someone who rudely yells at them I had to forcefully try to shut my door and he pushed against my door to stop me from closing it. I had to say to him to let close my door. I almost feel like calling the police. This guy comes to a house of a female and forcefully stands in her doorway refusing to leave. My god what kind of people does this place...
