Their pizza is delicious and their GF crust is great, but we stopped ordering because it always takes over an hour to arrive. We tried again last night. It took 70 minutes. Our order was missing an item, but we didn't realize until after the delivery person had left. We called the restaurant. They were harried and uninterested, and told us to call back in 10 minutes. At that point we gave up because we were too hungry and annoyed to follow up again.
EDIT: One year later, and my star rating has dropped from 3 to 2. We placed an order online on August 5 and did not receive it. The location phoned us and said they didn't have a gluten-free crust as requested. They offered substitutions, but unfortunately it's a dietary issue, so substitutions are not appropriate. They asked if we wanted to cancel the order. We said yes, but my credit card was charged in the amount of the order, and I did not receive a refund. I emailed them about the situation on August 10. No response. Emailed again on August 15 and finally got a refund,...
Read moreI've ordered from this location many times and each time, it was a particularly long wait. The other night, I placed an order and I waited for just over an hour and a half for it to arrive. I live less than a 10 minute walk from this location. When I called after the first hour, the guy told me it would be another 15 max. Which already is unacceptable. 25 minutes passed and I called again... They had no clue where the delivery guy was. The order arrived 5 minutes later... Pizza was at 'display temperature' and the salad that we ordered was wrong. I called to say we got the wrong salad. The guy I spoke to was rude, said there was nothing he could do for me and blamed the driver for screwing up our order. I will never be placing an order for delivery from this location EVER again and if I could rate them a zero for the most terrible customer service in the world, I would! I'm writing this today because I called the restaurant around 3pm to check if they had gluten-free crust in stock. They did, so I placed the order online and then called to give payment info for a contactless delivery (this is during COVID). I received a call from the restaurant as they were preparing the order and the person wanted to confirm my order because I did NOT have a GF crust on the order. Well, I'm guessing when I left my online cart to make a change to the toppings, it must have reset the GF crust option to regular dough. Thankfully this employee must have recognized my voice and made the connection and he went out of his way to call me to confirm.
