McDonald's — Restaurant in Toronto

This mc Donald is located inside Walmart at 1305 Lawrence Avenue west, and just as Walmart there services here are mc don are terrible. So I went to have a quick meal here thr other day with my baby girl we had our order and sat down beside a few other customers, however in about five minutes time one of the employee came over to our table and told everyone we had to leave that the tables are now closed! My child just started eating her meal we had to pick it all up and leave this is very rude to customers other restaurant wait until your done your meal however this employee began to use her mop and bucket on the floor with strong chemicals around us just to get us to leave faster mc don should do something about these employees spraying chemicals around babies and customers while they eat and kicking them out because they want to go home early ? Not just me everyone was very upset. As for the service they serve you like if they don't want to you have to wait until there dont chatting to come over and ask what you want to order ugh o'Neill never take my baby here or come here again! I wish I could give this poace...

This store doesn't deserve one!! The store was nasty me and my daughter were sticking to the floor. They were vary slow took almost 20 minutes from beginning to end and all I ordered was 2 small cheese burgers i asked for a large drink got a regular cup. Didn't tell anyone specially when they ordered their meals when the customer complained the cashier said oh we are a small store they dont care about us!! Uhm then who does your store manager not ordering enough or why didn't you call another store and ask for wat you need she was vary rude to the customer then she walked away. The manager asked wat was wrong and she said we dont have large cups right now. I use to be a manager at a mcdonalds and our stores were never a mess if we didn't have anything we called another mcdonalds till we could find wat we were missing!! I recently visited this McDonald's outlet and had a very disappointing experience. The food I ordered was far below the standard I expected from McDonald's. The fries were soggy, the burger was cold, and the overall quality felt like it had been sitting out for far too long. It was clear that the food was not fresh, which was extremely unsatisfying.

To make matters worse, the staff seemed unprofessional and disinterested. There was a lack of basic courtesy, and the service was slow despite the outlet not being particularly busy. It felt like the employees were not properly trained or motivated to provide a good customer experience.

Overall, this visit was a letdown. I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and the professionalism of the staff at this location. I’ve had much better experiences at other McDonald's outlets, and this one definitely needs to step...
