We ordered two burgers; Tomato & Mozzarella with Crispy Chicken and Mighty Angus Original with customization: extra leaves, extra tomatoes and extra caramelized onions. However, non of the burgers came out correct. No customizations at all. We asked to fix the orders. The angus burger got fixed right. But the second burger was a disaster. 1st fix, they missed the caramelized onion and extra tomato again. 2nd fix, they got everything right, except, this time, they gave me a conpletely different burger. They gave me a beef patty instead of crispy chicken .. how can they get this wrong! At this time it’s already been 25min of wait.... 3rd fix, the staff gave me the burger murmuring “it should be right now” as if she’s so tired and mad. But they missed extra tomatoes!!! Oml.. And the presentation was so horrible. It literally looked like they threw ingredients on the bun like tossing food in the garbage bin. Now, they messed up and wasted 3 burgers. 4th fix, they gotta make this correct by now or i will think this location only hires people who cant read properly. How complicated is it to read the recipe and put things together that are already pre-cooked. But they missed the onion... which already comes with the burger. My limit was over. I asked the staff for his manager’s name. He refused to give and asked why i needed it. Does it matter? I asked him one more time. Instead of giving me the name he said there are 8 managers so which one do i want........... at this point i was done. I told him just ask any of your manager, anyone, anyone who he thinks is the head boss and went back to my seat. Been 50min already and i havent had a single bite of my burger. It was almost 12am. How tiring it is to get a burger. 2-3 min later a manager and the staff came to my table and the manager apologized. She seemed very apologetic and that was all i needed.
This location really needs to train their staff well. The place is super slow, people are lining up crazy and the staff are hanging talking etc. They move at a snail’s pace.
Also, the self ordering machine didn’t say they were out of mango pineapple smoothie and we already paid for it not knowing. I was ok with other choices but what if i were allergic to the other two smoothies were they gonna refund the money??.... i wasnt even going to have smoothie if the mango one was sold out. Even the smoothies were so little, they didnt fill up to the top.
The entire place is so dirty... drinks are spilt everywhere on the floor..
This place is out of control. The manager needs to do his/her job right. Smh.. so horrible

First of all you will wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes with only 2 to 3 cars ahead of you. If that isn't already annoying, when you go to order and ask for ice cream, you are told that the machine is broken. That is a lie. Went to this location on Friday and was told the machine was broken. I have experienced this before and reported it to head office once already. So I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to the manager. A woman with a bad attitude comes to the window and says, "what do you want"? I asked if she was the manager (as she lacked professionalism). "Yes. What is your problem". Talk about stunned. I said, why is it everytime I try to order ice cream, the machine is apparently broken? You should be posting a sign ice cream machine broken at the beginning of the drive thru. Gas isn't cheap, you know. How can your ice cream machine be broken all the time? Why aren't you getting it fixed? It sounds like it is being cleaned, rather than broken". She just gave me a nasty look and then admitted that the machine was being cleaned. No apologies. Just a nasty glare and bad attitude. So they tell their employees to tell customers that the machine is broken, to prevent being put on the spot or speaking to customers. The previous owners of this location used to be decent. The new ones are terrible. If you walk in for orders the staff are only concentrating on the drive thru, so you wait for what seems like forever. This location has gone downhill over the past little while. Don't waste your time. They aren't even grateful when you purchase something. "Thank you" is somethings you will never...

Theres another mcdonald nearby around dundas and kipling and they are way better. Came here at 9:30pm knowing that they are 24 hours. There was huge line up for drive thru, so I decided to go in to order for pick up. There was this young guy at the door telling everyone dine in is closed. I said im not dining in came to order for pick up and he said he wouldnt let anyone in after 10pm. It was 930, so I asked why your blocking the door half an hour early and he said that is just their policy and they can not let anyone in. It just felt like everyone working there wanted to work less, and I saw workers playing around with each other when customers were waiting or trying to get in or just anything! When I was talking to him there was another person beside me asked to go in for washroom and they said they cant even do that. I told him how do I order pick up if i cant go in, and he said I have to download the app and order through online. At that point I gave up, and just went to different location, which is the kipling one and they were so much nicer, professional, and foods were freshly made and just overall alot better than there. Like i dont know who the manager is and who trains the workers, but its just very sad seeing one of the popular fast food restaurant being like that.
