McDonald's — Restaurant in Toronto

Was there yesterday. I've been going to this place for over 20 years at least every 3 weeks when I'm up that way for some appointments. Yesterday was the worst and I will definitely NOT be back. 20 minutes wait time until I got my order. First off at the order window the staff were giggling so much none of them could take our order. We waited at least a minute listening to them giggle before they asked us to drive up to the next window to order. drove up to the next window and more giggling for at least another minute until the person could gather herself and take my order. drove through to pay. As we are paying another customer drive and cut in front of us. We waited for at least 10 minutes watching what was going on. Seems the staff has all the orders wrong. We watched the exchange and argument and saw return and refund! Customer was NOT happy given the gestures we saw from our vehicle. finally it's our turn and she confirms a complete different order for us from what we ordered. Clearly it was like a circus! None of the 3 people we encountered at the pick-up window could get our order right. Finally it took the first person at the order window to come and confirm our order. RIDICULOUS! 20 Minutes at a drive through for a breakfast sandwich combo? when we asked if they are serious about their job and getting orders right they just didn't seem with giveva hoot!

It all explained why the customer who cut us off was annoyed returned his order and requested their money back.

I was ready to do the same but I was already late for my 9am appointment because of their nonsense.

By the time we were done there were so many cars behind us waiting. I can only imagine what a circus it must have been for each car.

It was clear none of the staff we encountered cared to do anything right. I've seen some bad service but this? I have I can say is more than enough to shut down a business if it continues.

I'd rather go elsewhere and will NEVER...

First of all, hello, let me greet you first, I don't want to speak disrespectfully like your staff, I entered DRIVE THRU and ordered food, the food I wanted was two Junior Chicken and 1 Lrg Fries. 1 Lrg Coca-Cola these are all I want the female employee gave me a Coke and Sprite and 2 junior chicken I said I didn't want Sprite I wanted large potato chips she said no you wanted Sprite I said no I don't want it she said ok I'll cancel I'll give you potato chips I said ok cancel give potato chips I gave 20$ for this and later they asked me for 5.99 for large potato chips and I gave 6$ in total the products I wanted should be 14.99💲 why am I paying 25$ and if people come there to eat you can't shout at people you don't have that right and if you wear that headset and don't listen there's a problem with you don't look for the problem in someone else if she doesn't want to work she should go and sleep at home and I want all of these events to be recorded on camera because I will file a complaint I was scammed here or the female employee takes more money from people and puts it in her own pocket the people who come there to buy food are not drunk I would like to state that you can fool drunk people but normal ordinary people You can't fool me, the price is what it is, I hope you understand me well, I definitely want you to get back to me...

October 2023 Worst mcdonalds ever, they don't seem to be capable of filling orders correctly, always check your food before you leave, or you'll end up with the wrong order or a half eaten order. I definitely won't be going back there, I ordered a fish filet today and got a piece of greasy chicken in a mashed up box, as though it was someone else's half eaten order, how is it possible to do that? If I could give no stars I would, buyers beware if going to this location. CHECK YOUR FOOD!!

Update: Nov. 2024 My last review was about a year ago, went to this location today, since I hadn't been there in months, was driving by and decides to stop, and of course nothing has improved, i ordered a simple large fries, asked for extra salt, was told not possible, fine, also asked if the fries could be fresh, she says yes, went to the window to pay for the my fries to see the basic drive thru girl talking about me because I asked for extra, salt, I could hear here through the window cause her big mouth was loud, didn't realize asking for extra salt was a big deal, addressed the service person about it, for her to give me some bull excuse that she wasn't talking about me, paid for my, none fresh fries, that tasted bland and like they had been sitting all day, I am so done with this McDonald's, they are useless! I WOULD NOT SPEND MY MONEY AT...
