I am writing to express my serious concern regarding my experience at your Keele Street location today. I am a regular customer, frequently visiting for breakfast and have previously brought my bicycle into the restaurant without issue.
Today, due to seating arrangements, I had to place my bike in a different spot than usual. At this time, an older female staff member, whom I believe to be the manager or supervisor, approached me and instructed that I could not have my bike in the restaurant. While I have always conducted myself politely and without incident, I was publicly admonished in front of other customers, which I found humiliating and unnecessary.
At the same time, there was an individual loitering in the restaurant, actively harassing patrons for money and causing a disturbance. I found it perplexing that this individual was allowed to remain, while I—a paying customer—was treated as the primary problem. This raises questions about the consistency and application of your policies, as well as the standards for guest treatment in this location.
I request clarification regarding your store policy on bicycles and customer management. Furthermore, I would appreciate an explanation of why paying customers are publicly embarrassed while disruptive individuals are permitted to remain in the restaurant. This experience has been both disappointing and frustrating, and I hope it can be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future

My sister and I had a very bad customer service experience with one of your stores and the staff's unapologetic response is appaling. The two orders took more than 20mins to make because somebody at the kitchen forgot to do it. And if we did not follow up, no one will make it. Then what is the sense of having a monitoring screen for orders pending and serving? For sure you spent millions of dollars to have this technology and just be put to waste bec orders are still not completed in timely manner as well monitoring completed items. Things like this can only happen if staff are not paying attention to what they are doing. Twice we have to ask (still, very nicely) to follow up on our orders and only then did they notice that nothing was done. We even received a comment from one of the managers in charge that she is done for the day. That "I don't care attitude" is not acceptable for a management position. If in the first place she is doing her job then the staff will not be fooling around in the kitchen.
Also even the uber orders were completed first. We are both paying customers, how come theirs were given special attention and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend that you review the cctv cam of the store.

Read moreI went to drive thru used 2 can dine coupon, and requested for mayo and the cashier said there is a fee and I said that is ok and u can charge for 3 mayos. We paid at the 1st window and went to 2nd window I asked a person if he put the mayo in the bag and he assured me that it's in the bag. As they were rushing us out we pulled over at their parking lot to have our burgers and I remove all the fries and burgers from the bag coz maybe my mayo went all they way at the bottom but I couldn't find a single mayo which I said for. So I went back in the store to let employee know that they didn't put my 3 mayo packets in the bag. So the front cashiers went to ask the manager name tracy and told cashier that she did put in the bag and she told her why don't see look in the bag with the attitude. So I told cashier I did empty the bag and I didn't find any mayo which I paid for that is why I came back in the store. The reason I came to buy at the drive thru coz I was not well and I don't feel like coming down. But unfortunately I have to come out in cold just for 3 mayo. The manage Tracy has an attitude and was rude and she need to understand why will I walk and come in just for 3 mayo of I already have it in the bag. For 3 mayo which i paid for manager throwing that attitude was very unprofessional and rude behavior. She needs to learn to value the guest and the brand she work for.
