I recently visited Popeyes and, as expected, the food was absolutely on point. I went for their spicy chicken, added some rich, savoury gravy on the side, and topped it off with one of their classic buttery biscuits. The flavours were bold and satisfying—exactly what you hope for when you’re craving something hearty and flavorful. But what made this visit truly memorable was the amazing service I received from Jaskaran.
From the second I stepped in, Jaskaran welcomed me with a warm smile and a calm, positive vibe. He was attentive, courteous, and ensured everything I ordered was served fresh and to perfection. His presence alone elevated the whole experience—there’s something genuinely reassuring about being served by someone who clearly enjoys their job and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Then I asked for refund, because well after all you can't take my money and not give me the product. But no they can't give me a refund. I argued with them and said do you realized this is illegal, you can't just take someone's money and not provide the product and refuse to give the refund. She said we can't give refunds, you have to call head office. What does this have to do with head office? I walked in here off the street, placed an order for chicken, you took my money, billed my credit card, and then told me you have no chicken, and now you're refusing to refund my credit card....this business transaction did not take place with your head office, it took place right here in your store, YOU processed my credit card, not head office. Read moreVery bad experience I went there yesterday late night around 2am and was tired from work and was very hungry. I asked for a 5 pcs tender combo and the worker working over there told me that they don't have tenders. I was superised by seeing these and the chicken and the other stuffs was kept in a very unorganized manner and they were looking black I generally don't give 1 star but these was very bad experience and that worker went inside and came back after 7 to 8 minutes. And then told me the same answer that they can't make tenders as it was closing time As they are closing at 4 am and as per my knowledge tenders can take upto 6 to 7 minutes to cook and at 2 am they told me that they can't make it These is very disappointing and frustrating as at 2 at late night none of the restaurant are open and if they don't want to serve then why they are opening the resturant They should treat the customer as same they treat in morning as they treat in morning very well I will not recommend these restaurant for late...
