One of my faves on cheat day, McDonald's has their food quality down pat , since they have changed there system it's very disorganized, stressful, and slower pace, and customer service as gone down, I counted how many staff was behind the counter there was close to 10, if it was better organized it be more efficient which what customers are looking for at a fast food place, the prices went up and customer service went down and it takes longer, a gourmet burger costs almost the same price for example burger priest, better quality and good customer service, my first job as a teenager was in fast food industry. The cashier was acting like she was doing me a favor by taking my order and was rude even though I'm paying I treated her with respect as I did her job at one point, what she fails to realize she wouldn't have that job if there was no customers and I wouldn't have my burger if she wasn't there either and in addition she kept punching the wrong items in I had repeat my order 5 times before she got right, and she walked away to grab hamburgers while leaving customers standing in line, every one was getting inpatient and frustrated, she should just remained at the cash instead of leaving and allow the back of house to do their job and focus on her tasks which is cashier, Customer service jobs are challenging I understand that I have worked in customer service, there is a lack of respect by some employees for customer nowadays and she seemed resentful she was working there , we all have start some one in life , instead of looking at the gift or opportunity she's resentful she's working for min wage etc and making assumptions about customers that are unture , there are many opportunities for growth in a big company like McDonald's if she wanted grow with the brand or if its not her aspirations she's till learning from one the most successful brands globally in the fast...
   Read moreI went to Jane/Falstaff location's drive thru earlier tonight (around midnight) after dropping off a friend to their house. The line was long (which was understandable because it was so hot and humid outside). I ordered a vanilla cone in a cup with a side of peanuts, a McDouble meal and an Oreo McFlurry. I was told that they ran out of peanuts. I also was told they do not combine drinks when I requested for half sprite and half fruitopia, which I found ridiculous because other locations happily do it for me. Before I proceeded to pay, I had asked the staff member to confirm my order, he had put French fries twice. So I corrected him and said I only wanted 1, which the combo came with. When I got to the first window to pay, he did not remove the 2nd French Fries. I politely asked the cashier to remove it. She was polite and apologized. When I got to the pick up window, the staff member handed me my vanilla cone without the cup. I politely asked her, "May I please get a cup for this?" She loudly groaned and walked away. When she returned, I asked her if there was something wrong with my request. She VERY RUDELY and DISRESPECTFULLY answered with, "ya ya ya bye! BYE!!! (the 2nd bye was a lot louder, sounded more agitated and frustrated). She did not even answer my question. She handed my food and the tray of drink and ice cream carelessly and just walked out. This person was so rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I understand things get overwhelming, work gets busy and we all have personal staff we're dealing with. However, that does not give you any right/permission to serve customers in such poor, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional way. If you're having a bad day, please stay home.    Read moreplaced order via McD's app. waited by late nite p/u for 10 mins, after waiting in my truck for 5 mins. no one came to window. waited for vehicles to clear from drive thru. attendant asks my order number, I provided the order I'd the app gave me. she tells me it is not right. tells me to step aside. yells my name out from window. I wave, as i am near my WORK TRUCK, trying to not waste all of my Break/ lunch. I then wait for 3 more vehicles to clear the window while still waiting for 2 cheeseburgers and a pop. when I finally get my order I ask attendant who began being rude and condescending. telling to take my food and go home. I asked for her Mgr, who after prompting came to the window. she greets me by saying what do uou want I am busy. lots of orders. no one in drive thru except me.... I tell her of her workers poor customer service, which the Mgr obviously didn't care about. kept trying to blame system. I never once complained about my order, I got it " technology". bring rude and condescending to a paying customer us another. The "mgr" didn't offer an apology out of courtesy, treated me just as condescendingly as her staff mbr. I was an annoyance and both she and her staff and treated as such. Is this how McDonalds is now teaching mgr's & staff, customer service? For the record it was 3:00 am, so there is no blaming it on a very busy time of day...
