I visited this location at around 4pm, and unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. From delays in receiving my order to witnessing inefficient management, several aspects left a lot to be desired.
Firstly, my order was significantly delayed, causing frustration and inconvenience. Furthermore, the order was unexpectedly cleared from the ordering screen without being ready, which only added to the confusion and disappointment.
During my time at the restaurant, I observed the store manager, a big black male wearing a blue shirt, who seemed to be causing unnecessary delays by frequently interrupting the staff. His constant interference not only disrupted the workflow but also created an environment of tension and unease. He appeared to be rude to the staff, constantly correcting their orders and customer service approaches. However, it was evident that he lacked the necessary skills to effectively manage the team, as he provided no assistance or acknowledgment of the hard work put in by the staff members.
It is disheartening to witness a manager who not only fails to contribute positively to the team but also lacks the basic courtesy of acknowledging and appreciating their efforts. The store management should reconsider the selection and training of their managers, as having someone who is both imposing and mean does not contribute to a positive working environment or customer experience.

Read moreWeekday lunchtime (March 18, 2022 - 12:30pm). Used the McDonald's app to order lunch ahead to beat the line up (at least 10 people in line when I got there). Confirmed that I arrived and got my pickup number. Waited 10 mins and my order was still not ready and the pickup number in the app disappeared and I got the Thank you for your order msg. So I had to go to the counter to ask, they said that they are working on it? I don't understand the use of the ordering using the app and then still have to wait such a long time while at least 15+ other customers after I arrived got there lunch? I ordered a Double Big Mac Combo. I would think that this would be ready in the kitchen to assemble(?), its not like waiting for nuggets if they had to deep fry more. I got my order after 15mins with no apology or not even have a nice day. Totally wasted my lunch break and had to rush back to work. Read moreThis is the closest McDonald’s to my work. It’s inside of a Walmart. I frequent here maybe 1-3 times a month at lunch time. I never had a complaint about the food. It’s always been up to par. The issue I have with this particular location is two fold. The first is. It’s really slow. Even if you order via mobile app before you even walk into the walmart you will still be waiting for your order. Managers or supervisors are rarely in the front line when it’s busy. At least on the days I have visited. The second is the customers. The people order from the cashiers and start crowding up around the counter expecting their order right away even though there are people waiting behind them for their orders. The numbers being called out gets missed due to the constant interruptions by the customers in the front.
