Don't come here!!!!! Food has bugs and you'll face discrimination. I purchased a chicken wrap from this location. The wrap was sealed in its original packaging with a sticker, and placed in a sealed paper bag as takeout. Upon returning home, I opened the wrap and took two bites before noticing a live green worm crawling out of it. This was deeply disgusting and immediately destroyed my appetite. Please find a copy of my receipt enclosed for your convenience. Shocked by this, I returned to the restaurant to request a refund. After explaining the situation to the front desk staff, they called over a manager named Kyle (a Black male). From the moment he approached, his response was unacceptable: he categorically denied that the worm could have come from the restaurant, refused to issue a refund, and then deliberately ignored me completely—walking away to attend to other tasks while leaving me standing there. His attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. I wish to emphasize that my only request was a refund for the contaminated food and a sincere apology. This was a matter of a few dollars, and I had no intention of seeking additional compensation or creating a confrontation. However, Mr. Kyle’s refusal to address the issue, combined with his blatant disregard for my concerns, has left me deeply upset. As an Asian woman, I cannot help but question whether this treatment was motivated by discrimination. Would he have responded the same way to a white customer? While I understand that insects may be more common in summer, Mr. Kyle’s insistence that “no bugs could possibly be in the store” directly contradicts the evidence I witnessed. This incident raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene protocols at this location. If customers cannot trust that takeout food from your restaurant is free of contaminants, it will severely undermine customer trust.

Ordered two combos for quarter pounder & Spicy Mccrispy at drive-thru. When my turn to pay, they said the driver before me has paid for my bill so that I had to pay for the driver's order. There was many stressful conversation about the receipt with the driver's credit card # with the manager and I got refund and then paid for my order again which is annoying so much. Even the manager said me that he politely asked me to pay for the driver's order instead my bill, but I don't think so. And I was just sitting on my car on the line at drive-thru and what can I do? I finally came back home and checked the receipt and there is an extra charge of 2-coffees that I haven't ordered. Maybe the driver ordered it or whatever.. And, I didn't even got the two coffees !! And, I realized that my Mccrispy burger was like the attached photo; Only upper hamburger bread :D I won't even pass around this location in the rest of my life.

Simple request! Hot cakes and sausage. Asked server for jam, got home, she gave me ketchup, no napkins after assuring me everything in bag. Called and spoke to manager who supported her by saying “a lot of people order ketchup with their hot cakes? Clearly evidence that the trust and disfunction starts with management. Hot cakes cold cakes. McDonald’s has earned its dismissal reputation one lost customer at a time. Shouldn’t be long now. Perhaps the manager should’ve enquired with the server as to why she gave someone who asked for jam, ketchup? Is it a hearing problem? Perhaps she shouldn’t be your frontline customer facing employee. You earned this review. Imagine what would’ve happened if you served jam and napkins. Can’t cut the hot cakes with a wooden knife. Pathetic disgrace to a once proud brand. Sinking fast! Self inflicted wounds.

The service here is utterly ridiculous. I ordered lunch for takeout around 11:30 a.m. when there weren't many customers in the restaurant. However, when I went to the cashier to order my meal, the workers there ignored me for at least 10 to 15 minutes, continued to take orders coming from the drive through, and completely ignored the customers inside the restaurant. I am very frustrated with the workers' time management, and when I was waiting at the front counter, I saw a worker drop an empty McFlurry cup on the floor where the top of the cup touched the ground, and the worker reused it for the next customer that ordered a McFlurry. What this worker has done is unacceptable, and the worker should have thrown the cup away instead of reusing it to make the next McFlurry because, that is how bacteria and germs are spread. After I finished ordering, I had to wait for another 30 minutes just to receive my lunch meal, when it should have taken me less than 10 minutes. I saw the other customers around me waiting there were very annoyed and irritated by the extremely slow service, some where yelling out orders in hopes that the service would move quicker. When I received my meal, the workers didn't give me ketchup, forgot to put a double pickle in my burger, and the fries where over salted. When I left, it was around 12:15, meaning I spent 45 minutes of my life in this dreadful place. However, I appreciate this one person going around and keeping the lounge clean. I would really like to give this place 0 stars, but Google won't let me. So please don't go here unless you have nothing better else...

The morning manager is very rude and obviously not management material. I go to this location every morning at the same time my husband gets a coffee and get a smoothie. At least 4 times a week someone has to apologize to me for the inconvenience of not having the item, the machine being broken (as is the shake machine almost always) or the delay in receiving in a timely fashion, because the “manager” has not turned on the machine nor has it need loaded. I am on the way to the west end and don’t have time to spend 10 or minutes to wait for a beverage. There is no line. She knows me as she said to me today, then why not be prepared. Do your job! I have had smoothie a few weeks ago that had a streak of red in it. Call me paranoid but I did not want to drink it because I didn’t know what it was... that said I asked her to please wash the blender, as to not have another delay. She said she was, then turned it on. I didn’t realize that they had to do a test run. So I asked again if that was mine. She yelled no, turned to her coworkers telling them she doesn’t know what my problem was. Then went on to ask me to move out of the driveway so she could serve the customers. I was not comfortable with that. She went on talking bad about me with her coworkers and asked one woman that just came to work with her phone in hand to stand by the window. This whole situation was unprofessional and ruined the start to my husband and my day! She needs to be dealt with by...
