I placed an order for 4 coffees at Store no. 40050 Trans- 1LNDOKOV46 order no.- 305. Location walmart Scarborough. The coffee tasted like Water and i didnt like the taste at all. It didn't tasted like coffee. when i asked for the refund the staff was so rude to me and stubborn. The staff called the manager and manager said we cant do the refund because the system is closed and we are closed. we requested them to do the refund tomorrow, but the manager said no rudely. She said macdonalds is closed now and we cant do the refund tommorow. she was so rude saying this, i almost broke into tears. i have tasted macdonalds coffee several times before, but it doesnt taste like water at all, but i was really disappointed today. my sister was also with me. She also tried to request the manager but the manager was at her ego. then we just left the place and didnt took the coffee, The manager said we could replace the coffee, but i didnt want another 4 coffees that tasted like water from the same place again. whats the point of replacing coffee? when its water all again. CCTV should be checked, she was so damn rude to me. A really really bad experience. i have been eating macd since i was a child, but never had this kind of customer service experience. I dont know why she was rude to me , I dont know but really rude experience today. I want my refund of . its my request to see to that location and especially the manager. Also I requested her that if she could give a cash return if they cant process a transaction through their system. Read moreI came to this mcdonalds over the weekend and ordered a fish filet and medium fries. I specifically told the lady I wanted fries. She verbally repeated the order correctly however inputted the order into the system incorrectly.
I waited over 20 mins for my simple order.
They ended up giving me my fish sandwich and a medium coffee. I told them they punched in the order incorrectly. Where I then had to explain to them atleast 5 times I never ordered the coffee I only ordered the fries and sandwich. The lady then asked the cashier who served me and the cashier just told the lady ... medium coffee is what the customer ordered. I do not appreciate being told I am a liar and making me look delusional for a mistake they made. They didn't even apologize for their miscommunication. I had to wait even longer to pay the difference for their mistake with no apology.
They then tried to charge me full price for a medium fries even though i told them several times I did not want the coffee. Finally explaining it to them for the 10th time she fi ally understood.
This location is like a zoo. It's unorganized and they are unaccountable for their mistakes.
I will not be returning to this location again
I understand people make mistakes however owning up to their mistakes instead of making a customer feel like a liar is not acceptable. A simple apology would have fixed...
Read moreMe and my group order two different orders while in the parking lot and then walked into the restaurant. My Order was 2173 and the other order in my group was 2174. Upon walking into the restaurant, being within a minute of placing the order, I noticed that the order screen was saying that 2174 is being served now. 2173 was nowhere to be seen on the screen. As I approach the counter to ask about my 2173 order they serve 2174. When inquiring I was told that 2173 is not yet ready and will be up just now. When I stated, “but it’s no longer on the screen”, another lady who appears to be the manager based off of her uniform decides to state in a tone I would prefer people didn’t talk to me in. “Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about you.” If you don’t want customers asking about their order, then you shouldn’t have a screen to show customers what’s going on with their order. I’m sure that that screen is there so customers don’t have a need to ask. I am also sure that McDonald’s uses the times that it takes the employees to get the orders ready, as a measure of performance. So the staff shouldn’t get irritated at the customers For asking questions that they wouldn’t have to ask if the employees weren’t saying that the orders are served before they even have them ready.
