I finally got to visit last night after wanting to try out the restaurant since I found out it was opening. Upon entering we were greeted by the owners, who are incredibly kind people and it almost felt like eating at my grandmas house. We were given a complimentary curry momo dish which was amazingly rich and creamy, which the four of us quickly devoured. Additionally we were given a traditional Tibetan tea, which was something I had never even heard of previously. For our main course, we ordered the special Afghani momo, two more curry momo, the blood sausage dish, their noodle dish and I believe one additional pork momo. The servings were amazing with plenty for us to share with one another. I personally had the Afghani momo and it was the perfect combination of savory and spicy. Assuming I wouldn't be full off just the momo (I was wrong), I ordered the blood sausage additionally. It was also outstanding, being served in individual almost sushi size rolls with great hot sauces. By the time all of us were full, there was still a ton of food left, so we ended up leaving with three take out containers. Great food, great prices and a welcoming clean dining experience. I absolutely recommended this restaurant and will definitely be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSeeing all the hype, we thought to try out this place. No doubt it's a new establishment since the place is very small with not a pleasant atmosphere.
In terms of customer service, the owner seemed either not care about us or in a rush to close the store or busy with someone on phone. Literally ignored the order. We asked for table for 2 and he pointed us to the table. We also ordered momos to dine in and with store closing in half hour, we ordered chowmein as well to go. But, to our surprise, we were handed over both the items in the plastic bag. Not what you would usually see on a good food establishment.
Now the food, it's strange why there are so many positive reviews on chowmein. Desi chowmein literally had Garam masala poured over it to call it desi. That's not the Delhi style chowmein at all.
I am a big fan of Tibetan food and surely say this is not the right place to get excellent Tibetan food.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I recently stopped in to cure a momo craving (our regular spot was closed). We were welcomed warmly into a cozy little restaurant. Originally we ordered a mixed steam (beef and chicken) plate and went to sit down. Upon reviewing the full menu we noticed they had a Devils Momo. We ordered a helping of that, fried.
The friendly owner came by to chat with us and offered us a taste or his delicious house made momo sauce (spicy & delicious!).
We received our fried Devils Momos first. The gravy/sauce it came is was drinkable. It was so so damn good. I would jar that and sell it separately.
Our steamed momo were amazing as well. Both of us preferred the beef, but don't sleep on the chicken!
Overall experience 10/10. The customer service was exceptional and the food (especially the spicy Devils momo) was out of this world!
