Nugget Halal Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Toronto

I am a regular here for wings and pizza. You can find better pizza elsewhere, but their wings def hit the spot. I also frequently have wings delivered at my workplace for myself and my colleagues. Always a pleasant transaction. My recent delivery experience however has me rating this place one star. For a delivery order, the delivery person arrived earlier than the time I stated I would come out (I was at work, and my phone is put away). Apparently he tried to call me, but I didn't get any missed call notification. Anyways, when I came out to my workplace entrance, he called me to tell me he drove away and then began berating me for missing his call. When he was the one who came early (I can't leave my work before my break, and my phone is put away). I explained reasonably okay, I am at work and I don't have my phone with me as well as that I didn't get a missed call notification, he started to escalate. I have never experienced this disrespectful behaviour from Nugget employee before. Because of this, I was very shocked and stated I could not go through with the order. I called the Nugget location twice to explain the interaction. The woman on the phone was not understanding of the negative interaction I had, rather berated me for causing them to waste food. The issue was the negative, rude and disrespectful interaction to the point I cancelled the order. I wish there was more understanding as to what I was trying to explain. Hello guys. We ordered 15 wings with the BBQ sauce last week they gave the wings like the picture that I added to this review.They kept like 500 gms of sauce in just 15 wings when I saw those wings it’s not like wings with sauce it’s like wings in the sauce. We can’t eat them right so we kept in the dust bin. We called them they told us to come back next day but we went there like after two days these two guys said like we won’t give because you didn’t come next day. Its not my mistake and the next thing is the two guys that I posted picture are not even concerning my problem. They are saying like it’s our restaurant we will give you like that only if you want eat otherwise don’t take. Is it the way they speak with customers? SIngle handedly the worst customer service experience I have come across. The elder lady behind the counter cursed me in Hindi because I slightly changed my order and she still hadn't put the order through. On top of that she refused to give me a garlic sauce even though her husband had put it in my pizza box. Unfortunately this has been my third bad experience when this lady is around. The quality since the change of ownership has gone down dramatically. I remember going to this pizza place and always used to leave with a smile. The owner was always concerned about a positive experience. I honestly miss the old owners because they were professional and also very generous. I would refrain from this place.
